A Philippine AI automation team for US businesses and agencies

You describe the lead follow-up, CRM work or assistant you need. We scope it in writing, build it in your accounts, test it with you and hand it over with notes. The work is delivered remotely from the Philippines, around an overlap window agreed for your US time zone.

What US businesses ask a Philippine team to build

These are common shapes of request by sector. They are examples of scope, not client work.

  • Marketing agencies

    GoHighLevel sub-account builds

Pipelines, follow-up sequences, calendars and missed-call text-back set up in a client sub-account, then documented so your account managers can run it. See the GoHighLevel integration page.

  • Home services

    Lead capture and follow-up

Web forms, ad leads and calls logged in one CRM, with a text and email sequence until the customer books or declines. See lead follow-up automation.

  • Online stores

    Order questions and store data

An assistant that answers order status and returns questions from your Shopify data, and workflows that copy orders into your books. See ecommerce automation.

  • Professional firms

    Intake and document routing

Inquiry forms that create a contact, request the right documents and alert the right person, with your staff making every decision that needs judgment.

  • Clinics and practices

    Booking and reminders

Appointment requests, confirmations and reminders by text or email. Anything involving patient records is scoped around your own compliance rules first.

  • Software and service teams

    n8n workflows between tools

Workflows that move records between HubSpot, a help desk, a billing tool and a sheet so nobody retypes them. See business process automation.

Manila time against the four main US zones

The Philippines is on UTC+8 all year and does not change its clocks. Most of the United States does, so each pairing below moves by one hour when US clocks change in March and November.

Eastern (New York)
UTC-5 on standard time, UTC-4 on daylight time. 9:00 am in Manila is 8:00 pm the previous evening in New York on standard time and 9:00 pm on daylight time. 9:00 pm in Manila is 8:00 am the same date in New York on standard time and 9:00 am on daylight time.
Central (Chicago)
UTC-6 on standard time, UTC-5 on daylight time. 9:00 am in Manila is 7:00 pm the previous evening in Chicago on standard time and 8:00 pm on daylight time.
Mountain (Denver)
UTC-7 on standard time, UTC-6 on daylight time. 9:00 am in Manila is 6:00 pm the previous day in Denver on standard time and 7:00 pm on daylight time.
Pacific (Los Angeles)
UTC-8 on standard time, UTC-7 on daylight time. 9:00 am in Manila is 5:00 pm the previous day in Los Angeles on standard time and 6:00 pm on daylight time. 9:00 am in Los Angeles is 1:00 am the next date in Manila on standard time and midnight on daylight time.
In plain terms
The Manila morning overlaps the US Pacific late afternoon and the US Eastern evening of the previous calendar date. The Manila evening overlaps the US Eastern morning. These are clock facts. The overlap window we actually keep for your project is agreed in the scope, in your local time.

How a US project runs when the two working days barely touch

  • Overlap

    One agreed window

The scope names the window when both sides are online, written in your US time zone and in Manila time, and says what happens to it when US clocks change.

  • Written first

Updates you read at the start of your day

Each stage ends with a written note: what was built, what was tested and what we need from you. It is there when your day starts.

  • Recorded

    Walkthroughs on video

We record a walkthrough of each finished piece so a colleague in another US zone can watch it without joining a call.

Tools and channels US buyers commonly bring

We work inside the tools you already pay for. A tool that is not listed is checked during scoping for an API or an n8n connection.

CRM and marketing
GoHighLevel and HubSpot for pipelines, sequences and booking. Salesforce and other CRMs are assessed during scoping.
SMS and calls
Text messaging through your CRM or an SMS provider such as Twilio. US carriers expect business texting to be registered under the sender's own brand, and that registration is made in your name. See email and SMS automation.
Stores and payments
Shopify for orders, products and customers. Payment tools are connected for status and receipts; card details are never collected in chat.
Books and sheets
QuickBooks for invoices and customers, and Google Sheets where a sheet is the working record.
Workflows and AI
n8n for the workflows and Claude for the language work, set up in accounts you own. The list of what we build with is on our stack.

Privacy and data handling for US buyers

The United States has no single national privacy law. The one most buyers ask about is the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), and other states have their own statutes. Sector and channel rules can apply as well, for example HIPAA for health information and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act for calls and texts. Your business remains responsible for its own compliance with whichever of these apply to it. We build inside your accounts, follow the data rules you give us, ask only for the access the build needs and test with sample data first. The specifics, including any service provider terms you require, are agreed during scoping and written into the scope. This page describes how we work. It is not legal advice and it makes no claim of certification or compliance.

How quotes and contracts are handled

Per engagement

  • A written scope and quote before any build starts
  • Engagement terms written alongside the scope, for that project
  • The currency agreed in the quote; say in the form if you need US dollars
  • Tool subscriptions and message fees billed to you by the vendors

Paperwork you may need

  • Your NDA or service provider terms, reviewed during scoping
  • Supplier forms your accounts team asks an overseas vendor to complete
  • A named list of who has access to which account
  • Tax treatment of an overseas supplier is a question for your accountant

What moves the price

We publish no figures. The quote follows the scope: the number of channels and systems, the condition of your data, how deep the testing goes and the support you want afterward. The detail is on what it costs to outsource AI automation to the Philippines. If you are weighing a team against a solo builder or a hire, see Philippine team, freelancer or in-house hire.

Book a scoping call

Tell us about the project

Include your state and time zone, for example Austin (Central). This goes to our team and helps us prepare for the call.

For example Sydney (AEST), Singapore (SGT), New York (Eastern).

We use your details only to answer this enquiry. Please do not include card numbers or government ID numbers.

Questions we get asked

Do you have a US office or US-based staff?

No. The work is delivered remotely from the Philippines. Calls happen by video inside the overlap window agreed in the scope.

We are on Pacific time. When would we actually talk?

The Pacific late afternoon lines up with the Manila morning: 5:00 pm in Los Angeles on standard time is 9:00 am the next date in Manila. The window is agreed in the scope and written in both time zones.

What happens to our call time when US clocks change?

Philippine time stays at UTC+8, so the pairing moves by one hour in March and again in November. The scope says which side keeps its local time.

Can you set up SMS follow-up for US customers?

Yes, through your CRM or SMS provider. The sender registration and the consent wording belong to your business, and we build the sequence around the consent records you keep.

We are an agency. Can you build inside our clients' GoHighLevel sub-accounts?

Yes, with access granted by you at the level the build needs. For work delivered under your own brand, see white-label AI automation.

Will you sign our NDA or data terms?

Send them with the form or raise them on the scoping call. They are reviewed and agreed per engagement, before any access is granted.

Who owns the workflows when the project ends?

You do. Workflows and assistants are built in your accounts wherever the tool allows, and the handover notes say where each one runs and who has access.
