FAQ

Questions buyers ask before starting an automation project

Short answers on pricing, data, channels, ownership and support. If yours is missing, message us.

Pricing and quotes

How much does an AI automation project cost?

It is quoted per project from a written scope, because the cost depends on channels, volume, systems and rules. The pricing page lists what moves the price.

What does a quote include?

Our fees for scoping, building, testing and handover, and a separate list of tool and message costs billed by the vendors. Support is quoted on its own.

Is the assessment call paid?

The call is how we prepare your quote. If we think a paid consulting engagement fits better, we say so before you commit.

Can I start with one channel or one process?

Yes. Many projects begin with one channel or one process, and the scope can name later additions.

Will there be costs I did not expect?

The quote lists everything line by line, and anything outside the scope is quoted before it is done.

Data and privacy

Whose data is it?

Yours. Customer information and conversation history stay in accounts you control and are used only to deliver your project.

How do you handle personal information?

We build collection around the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173): ask only for what is needed, say that the assistant is automated and limit who can see records. The privacy notice has the detail.

Does the assistant give medical, legal or tax advice?

No. Questions that need a professional go to your staff with the chat attached.

Can an AI provider use our customer messages for training?

We check the provider's current terms before each build and state them in the scope. Anthropic's commercial terms say it may not train models on Customer Content from its services. See our stack.

Where is data stored?

In the tools used for your build, which may store data outside the Philippines. The scope names each tool and where it is hosted, and we choose with your requirements in mind.

Channels and platforms

Can the assistant reply on Messenger?

Yes, on your Facebook Page, within Meta's messaging policy. Replies to a customer's message are straightforward, and messages outside a recent conversation have extra rules.

Can it work on Viber?

Viber bots can only be created on commercial terms, through Viber or an official partner. We confirm that route with you before planning a Viber assistant.

Can it work on WhatsApp?

Yes, through the WhatsApp Business Platform. It needs a Meta business account, and messages the business starts use approved templates and the customer's opt-in.

Can it answer phone calls?

A voice assistant is a separate service with its own platform and phone number costs, scoped individually.

Ownership and handover

Who owns the accounts?

You do, wherever the tool allows it. The scope says where a tool does not allow it.

Who owns the workflows?

Workflows built in your accounts are yours. They stay with you at handover.

What documentation do I get?

Notes on what was built, where it runs, what it connects to, the access list and how to change common settings.

Support and changes

What does support cover?

It is optional and quoted separately. The quote lists what is included, for example fixing breakages and updating answers.

How do I request a change?

By message or email to a named contact. Work outside the support scope is quoted before it is done.

Getting started

How do we start?

Take the automation assessment or book a call. We reply with questions, then a written scope and a quote. Nothing starts until you approve the scope.

What do you need from us?

One decision maker, access to the accounts involved, and the wording you want the assistant to use. The how we work page has the detail.
