For businesses in Canada
A Philippine AI automation team for Canadian businesses and agencies
You describe the inquiry handling, CRM work or assistant you need. We scope it in writing, build it in your accounts, test it with you and hand it over with notes. The work is delivered remotely from the Philippines, around an overlap window agreed for your province's time zone.
- Engagement
- Scoped project with handover
- Philippine time
- UTC+8 all year, no daylight saving
- Canadian zones
- Pacific to Atlantic, set out below
What Canadian businesses ask a Philippine team to build
These are common shapes of request by sector. They are examples of scope, not client work.
Online stores
Order and shipping questions
An assistant that answers order status, shipping and returns questions from your Shopify data and hands exceptions to staff. See ecommerce automation.
Real estate teams
Inquiry intake and follow-up
Listing inquiries logged in a CRM with the property, the budget and the preferred showing time, then followed up until the agent takes over. See lead follow-up automation.
Clinics and wellness practices
Booking and reminders
Appointment requests, confirmations and reminders by text or email. Anything touching health information is scoped around your provincial rules first.
Trades and home services
Quote requests
Forms, calls and messages collected in one place, with a reply to the customer and a reminder to the office until the quote goes out.
Bookkeeping and accounting firms
Document collection
Requests for missing records, reminders ahead of filing dates and a status sheet, connected to QuickBooks where the plan allows. See accounting automation.
Marketing agencies
CRM builds for your clients
GoHighLevel or HubSpot pipelines, sequences and calendars built to your specification and documented for your team. See CRM automation.
Manila time against the main Canadian zones
The Philippines is on UTC+8 all year and does not change its clocks. Clock rules in Canada are set by each province and territory. Where a province changes its clocks, the pairing below moves by one hour in March and November. Saskatchewan and Yukon keep one offset all year.
- Eastern (Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal)
- UTC-5 on standard time, UTC-4 on daylight time. 9:00 am in Manila is 8:00 pm the previous evening in Toronto on standard time and 9:00 pm on daylight time. 9:00 pm in Manila is 8:00 am the same date in Toronto on standard time and 9:00 am on daylight time.
- Atlantic (Halifax)
- UTC-4 on standard time, UTC-3 on daylight time. 9:00 am in Manila is 9:00 pm the previous evening in Halifax on standard time and 10:00 pm on daylight time.
- Central (Winnipeg)
- UTC-6 on standard time, UTC-5 on daylight time. 9:00 am in Manila is 7:00 pm the previous evening in Winnipeg on standard time and 8:00 pm on daylight time. Saskatchewan stays on UTC-6 all year.
- Mountain (Calgary, Edmonton)
- UTC-7 on standard time, UTC-6 on daylight time. 9:00 am in Manila is 6:00 pm the previous day in Calgary on standard time and 7:00 pm on daylight time.
- Pacific (Vancouver)
- When Vancouver is on UTC-7, 9:00 am in Manila is 6:00 pm the previous day there. When it is on UTC-8, the same moment is 5:00 pm. Tell us your current local time in the form and the scope will use it.
- In plain terms
- The Manila morning overlaps the Canadian late afternoon in the west and the evening in the east, on the previous calendar date. The Manila evening overlaps the Eastern and Atlantic morning. These are clock facts. The overlap window we actually keep for your project is agreed in the scope, in your local time.
How a Canadian project runs
Overlap
One agreed window
The scope names the window when both sides are online, written in your provincial time and in Manila time, and says what happens to it when your clocks change.
Written
Notes ready for your morning
Each stage ends with a written note: what was built, what was tested and what we need from you. It is there when your day starts.
Languages
English and French content
If your customers write in French, say so in the form. The assistant's languages are tested on your own past messages before launch, and anything it does not handle goes to your staff.
Tools and channels Canadian buyers commonly bring
We work inside the tools you already pay for. A tool that is not listed is checked during scoping for an API or an n8n connection.
- Stores
- Shopify for orders, products and customers.
- CRM and marketing
- HubSpot and GoHighLevel, with pipelines, sequences and booking.
- Books
- QuickBooks for invoices and customers. Xero connects through n8n.
- Text and email
- SMS through your CRM or an SMS provider, and email through your own sending domain. Consent records and unsubscribe handling stay with your organization. See email and SMS automation.
- Workflows and AI
- n8n for the workflows and Claude for the language work, set up in accounts you own. The list of what we build with is on our stack.
Privacy and data handling for Canadian buyers
The federal law most Canadian buyers ask about is the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). Quebec, Alberta and British Columbia have their own private-sector privacy laws, and Quebec's is commonly called Law 25. Canada's anti-spam legislation (CASL) covers commercial electronic messages. Which of these apply depends on your organization and where your customers are, and your organization remains responsible for its own compliance, including for personal information handled by a supplier outside Canada. We build inside your accounts, follow the data rules you give us, ask only for the access the build needs and test with sample data first. The specifics, including where each tool hosts data and who can see it, are agreed during scoping and written into the scope. This page describes how we work. It is not legal advice and it makes no claim of certification or compliance.
How quotes and contracts are handled
Per engagement
- A written scope and quote before any build starts
- Engagement terms written alongside the scope, for that project
- The currency agreed in the quote; say in the form if you need Canadian dollars
- Tool subscriptions and message fees billed to you by the vendors
Paperwork you may need
- Your NDA or data handling terms, reviewed during scoping
- A named list of who has access to which account
- Where each tool in the build hosts its data
- Sales tax treatment of an overseas supplier is a question for your accountant
What moves the price
We publish no figures. The quote follows the scope: the number of channels and systems, the condition of your data, how deep the testing goes and the support you want afterwards. The detail is on what it costs to outsource AI automation to the Philippines. If you are weighing a team against a solo builder or a hire, see Philippine team, freelancer or in-house hire.

Tell us about the project
Include your province and time zone, for example Calgary (Mountain). This goes to our team and helps us prepare for the call.
Questions we get asked
Do you have a Canadian office or Canadian staff?
No. The work is delivered remotely from the Philippines, and no Canadian office, registration or staff is claimed.
We are in Toronto. When would we actually talk?
On the clock, your evening meets the Manila morning and your morning meets the Manila evening: 8:00 am in Toronto on standard time is 9:00 pm in Manila. The window we keep is agreed in the scope and written in both time zones.
Our province does not change its clocks. Does that matter?
It makes the pairing simpler. Philippine time stays at UTC+8, so a province on one offset all year keeps the same pairing with Manila in every month.
Can the assistant reply in French?
Language coverage is part of the scope. We test the assistant on your own past messages in each language before launch, and your staff approve the wording. Messages it does not handle go to your team.
Does our customer data leave Canada?
That depends on the tools in the build. The scope names each tool, where it hosts data and who has access, so you can decide with your adviser before anything is connected.
Can you set up email and text follow-up for Canadian customers?
Yes, through your CRM or messaging provider. The consent records, sender identification and unsubscribe handling belong to your organization, and we build the sequence around them.
We are an agency. Can you deliver under our brand?
Raise it on the scoping call. It depends on the project and your client agreements. The arrangement is described on white-label AI automation.

Describe the project and your province. We will say what a scoped build looks like and when the two working days overlap.
