A Philippine AI automation team for UAE businesses

Manila is four time zones ahead of Dubai and Abu Dhabi, so the UAE morning and early afternoon fall inside the Manila afternoon. You describe the WhatsApp enquiries, CRM work or back-office process you need handled. We scope it in writing, build it in your accounts and hand it over with notes.

What UAE businesses ask a Philippine team to build

These are common shapes of request by sector. They are examples of scope, not client work.

  • Real estate brokerages

    Portal and WhatsApp enquiries

Enquiries from listing portals, forms and WhatsApp logged in one CRM with the property, the budget and the buyer's preferred contact time, then followed up until an agent takes over. See lead follow-up automation.

  • Clinics and wellness centres

    Booking requests and reminders

An assistant that collects the service, the preferred slot and contact details, then passes the request to reception to confirm. See appointment booking automation.

  • Hospitality and tourism

    Guest questions before arrival

Questions about rates, availability and transfers answered from what you publish, with booking requests passed to reservations staff. See the AI receptionist page.

  • Trading and distribution firms

    Orders and quotations

Incoming orders and quotation requests from email and chat logged and routed to the right salesperson, with status tracked in a sheet or ERP. See business process automation.

  • Online retailers

    Order and delivery questions

An assistant that answers from your Shopify order data and hands exceptions to staff. See ecommerce automation.

  • Business setup and service firms

    Client document collection

Document requests, reminders and a status sheet per client, so staff see what is outstanding. See document and invoice automation.

Manila time against UAE time

The Philippines is on UTC+8 and the UAE is on Gulf Standard Time, UTC+4. Neither country changes its clocks, so the pairing is the same in every month.

UAE morning
9:00 am in Dubai is 1:00 pm in Manila. 11:00 am in Dubai is 3:00 pm in Manila.
UAE afternoon
2:00 pm in Dubai is 6:00 pm in Manila. 6:00 pm in Dubai is 10:00 pm in Manila.
Manila morning
9:00 am in Manila is 5:00 am in Dubai, so work built in the Manila morning is written up before the UAE day begins.
Working week
The working week differs between UAE organisations. Tell us yours in the form, and the scope will state the days as well as the times.
In plain terms
The UAE morning and early afternoon overlap the Manila afternoon. These are clock facts. The overlap window we actually keep for your project is agreed in the scope, in UAE time.

How a UAE project runs

  • Overlap

    A window in your morning

The scope names the days and the window when both sides are online, written in UAE time and Manila time.

  • Written

    Stage notes

Each stage ends with a written note: what was built, what was tested and what we need from you. It is there when your day starts.

  • Languages

    English and Arabic content

If your customers write in Arabic, say so in the form. The assistant's languages are tested on your own past messages before launch, your staff approve the wording, and anything it does not handle goes to your team.

Tools and channels UAE buyers commonly bring

We work inside the tools you already pay for. A tool that is not listed is checked during scoping for an API or an n8n connection.

WhatsApp
Customer messaging on the WhatsApp Business Platform, which has its own template and opt-in rules. See the WhatsApp chatbot page.
CRM
Zoho CRM, HubSpot and GoHighLevel, with pipelines, follow-up and booking. Property CRMs are assessed during scoping.
ERP and accounting
Odoo and NetSuite, plus Xero and QuickBooks for the books.
Stores
Shopify for orders, products and customers.
Workflows and AI
n8n for the workflows and Claude for the language work, set up in accounts you own. The list of what we build with is on our stack.

Privacy and data handling for UAE buyers

The law most UAE buyers ask about is the federal Personal Data Protection Law, Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, which includes conditions on transferring personal data outside the country. Organisations in the Dubai International Financial Centre and Abu Dhabi Global Market follow those free zones' own data protection rules, and some sectors such as health have separate requirements. Your organisation remains responsible for its own compliance under whichever of these apply to it. We build inside your accounts, follow the data rules you give us, ask only for the access the build needs and test with sample data first. The specifics, including any data terms you require and where each tool hosts data, are agreed during scoping and written into the scope. This page describes how we work. It is not legal advice and it makes no claim of certification or compliance.

How quotes and contracts are handled

Per engagement

  • A written scope and quote before any build starts
  • Engagement terms written alongside the scope, for that project
  • The currency agreed in the quote; say in the form if you need dirhams or US dollars
  • Tool subscriptions and message fees billed to you by the vendors

Paperwork you may need

  • Your NDA or data handling terms, reviewed during scoping
  • A named list of who has access to which account
  • Where each tool in the build hosts its data
  • VAT treatment of an overseas supplier is a question for your accountant

What moves the price

We publish no figures. The quote follows the scope: the number of channels and systems, the condition of your data, how deep the testing goes and the support you want afterwards. The detail is on what it costs to outsource AI automation to the Philippines. If you are weighing a team against a solo builder or a hire, see Philippine team, freelancer or in-house hire.

Book a scoping call

Tell us about the project

Include your emirate, your time zone (Gulf Standard Time) and your working week. This goes to our team and helps us prepare for the call.

For example Sydney (AEST), Singapore (SGT), New York (Eastern).

We use your details only to answer this enquiry. Please do not include card numbers or government ID numbers.

Questions we get asked

Do you have a UAE office or a UAE trade licence?

No. The work is delivered remotely from the Philippines, and no UAE office, licence, registration or staff is claimed.

When would calls happen, in UAE time?

On the clock, your morning and early afternoon are the shared part of the day: 9:00 am in Dubai is 1:00 pm in Manila and 2:00 pm in Dubai is 6:00 pm in Manila. The window we keep is agreed in the scope.

Does the time difference change during the year?

No. The Philippines stays on UTC+8 and the UAE stays on UTC+4, so the pairing is the same in every month.

Can the assistant reply in Arabic as well as English?

Language coverage is part of the scope. We test the assistant on your own past messages in each language before launch, your staff approve the wording, and anything it does not handle goes to your team.

Can the assistant run on WhatsApp?

Yes, on the WhatsApp Business Platform through a number and a business account in your organisation's name. The platform sets its own rules on templates and opt-in, and message fees are billed by the platform.

We are in a free zone. Does that change anything?

It can change which data protection rules apply to you. Tell us where you are licensed, and the data terms and tool choices are agreed during scoping with your adviser's input.
