For owners who have heard many pitches and want a straight read

Vendors will tell you AI can do everything. Staff have a list of things they want help with. Somewhere in between is a short list of projects that would pay off in your business.

Consulting is for finding that list. It suits companies of any size that want a clear plan before they spend on tools, subscriptions or a build.

From conversations to a roadmap

  2. Map the main workflows (We map), Our team

  6. You decide next steps (Your choice), You
Our teamYouThe decision at the end is yours. The roadmap stands on its own.

What is in the roadmap

  • Map

    Your workflows, written down

How enquiries, orders, bookings and reporting move through the business today, with the pain points marked.

  • Ranking

Candidates ranked by effort and value

Each possible automation is described in plain terms, with what it would connect to and what it needs from you.

  • Tools

    Tool recommendations

Which tools suit each case, including options that are not ours, and what each costs to run.

  • Risk

    Privacy and platform checks

Where customer data is involved, what the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and the messaging platforms' rules mean for the design.

  • Not now

    What to leave alone

Ideas that are not worth building yet, and why.

  • Next

    A starting point

One recommended first project with a scope outline. A build quote is available if you want one.

What we need from you and what we handle

We need from you

  • Time with the owner and the people who do the work
  • Examples of real enquiries, orders or reports
  • A list of the tools and subscriptions in use
  • Honest notes on what goes wrong today

We handle

  • Interviews and workflow mapping
  • Scoring and ranking candidates
  • Tool and risk review
  • The written roadmap and a review session

AI for companies of different sizes

  • Solo and micro

    One or two processes

Often an off-the-shelf tool is enough. The roadmap says so when that is the case.

  • Small teams

    A ranked shortlist

Opportunities ranked by effort and effect, so the first build is the one that matters most.

  • Mid-sized

    Working with an IT lead

The scope is written so your technical lead can review it, and so it can be built by us or by someone else.

How we stay tool-neutral

Each option is scored on the same criteria: effort to set up, effect on staff and customers, the data it needs, privacy risk and running cost. When an off-the-shelf tool does the job, the roadmap recommends it. A custom build is justified only when no ready-made tool fits.

The roadmap is usable whether you build with us, with another provider or with your own team. Consulting can be bought on its own, or followed by a build scoped from the roadmap.

What it costs

Consulting is quoted as a fixed piece of work once we know the size of your business.

Questions we get asked

Do I have to hire you to build afterwards?

No. The roadmap is yours and written so another team or your own staff could use it.

Is consulting only for large companies?

No. It also suits small businesses, where one well-chosen automation can matter a great deal.

Will you recommend AI even if I do not need it?

The roadmap includes a section on what not to automate. If a simpler fix works, it says so.

Who reads my business information?

Our team only, and we agree in writing what is shared and how it is stored before we start.
