Lead reactivation that reopens conversations with enquiries already in your list

Old enquiries, past customers and lapsed members sit in a CRM, a sheet or a phone. We clean the list, send a short message with a clear reason to reply, and an assistant handles the first replies. People who are interested are booked or handed to your sales staff.

For businesses with more past enquiries than staff to call them

Lead reactivation, also called database reactivation, is run as a campaign with a defined list and a defined offer. It suits a business that has collected contacts over the years and has no capacity to reach them one by one.

  • Clinics and aesthetic centers
  • Gyms
  • Schools and review centers
  • Real estate teams
  • Dealerships
  • Lenders and any business with a large list of past enquiries

How it works

  • Clean

The list is cleaned and checked

The contact list is exported, duplicates and dead numbers are removed, and each contact is checked for consent status.

  • Segment

Segments and a reason to reconnect

Contacts are grouped, for example by service asked about, and an offer or reason to reconnect is agreed for each group.

  • Send

    Messages go out in batches

Messages are sent in batches from your sender name or number, so your staff can keep up with the replies.

  • Reply

    First replies are answered

The assistant answers first replies, covers basic questions and finds out whether the person is interested. The sequence stops for anyone who replies.

  • Handoff

    Interested contacts reach sales

Interested contacts are booked or handed to sales with the chat history attached.

  • Record

    Opt-outs and results

Opt-outs are recorded and removed from later sends. Results are reported by segment.

Who can be contacted, and who is left out

A past enquiry is not automatically a contact you may market to. Each contact needs a lawful basis for marketing contact under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173). Where the list has no record of how a contact was collected or what they agreed to, it is reviewed with you before any send, and contacts without a basis are left out.

  • Purchased or scraped lists are not used
  • Every message says who it is from and how to stop further messages
  • An opt-out is recorded once and applies to later campaigns
  • This page is not legal advice. Your own adviser or data protection officer decides what your business needs

  • Results vary with list age and quality. No outcome is promised.

Questions we get asked

Which past leads can be contacted again?

Contacts you have a lawful basis to message for marketing, such as people who gave their details and agreed to hear from you. Contacts with no record of source or consent are reviewed with you first and left out where there is no basis.

Which channels are used?

SMS and email are the usual ones. Viber and WhatsApp can be used where the contact opted in and the message template is approved by the platform. The channel follows where the contact first reached you.

What happens when a lead replies?

The sequence stops for that contact. The assistant answers basic questions and checks interest, then books the person or passes them to your sales staff with the chat history.

What if someone asks to stop?

The opt-out is recorded and the contact is removed from this campaign and later ones.

Do you provide the contacts?

No. The campaign uses your own list. Purchased or scraped lists are not used.

Next step

Tell us about the list you already have.

Describe where the contacts came from, roughly how many there are and what they agreed to. We will say which of them a campaign could reach and on which channel.
