For businesses in Australia
A Philippine AI automation team for Australian businesses and agencies
Manila sits two or three time zones behind the Australian east coast and on the same clock as Perth, so most of your working day is also ours. You describe the enquiry handling, CRM work or assistant you need. We scope it in writing, build it in your accounts and hand it over with notes.
- Engagement
- Scoped project with handover
- Philippine time
- UTC+8 all year, no daylight saving
- Australian zones
- AEST and AEDT, ACST and ACDT, AWST, set out below
What Australian businesses ask a Philippine team to build
These are common shapes of request by sector. They are examples of scope, not client work.
Trades and home services
Enquiry to quote to booking
Website and phone enquiries logged in one place, a text back to the customer, and a reminder to the office until the quote is sent. See lead follow-up automation.
Accounting and bookkeeping practices
Client document chasing
Requests for missing documents, reminders and a status sheet, connected to Xero or your practice tools where they allow it. See accounting automation.
Property and finance brokers
Enquiry intake
An assistant that collects the property, the budget and the preferred contact time, then passes the enquiry to the right agent or broker. Advice stays with your licensed people.
Allied health and clinics
Bookings and reminders
Appointment requests, confirmations and reminders by SMS or email. Anything touching health information is scoped around your own privacy obligations first.
Online retailers
Order and returns questions
An assistant that answers from your Shopify order data and your returns policy, and hands over to staff for exceptions. See ecommerce automation.
Marketing agencies
CRM builds for your clients
GoHighLevel or HubSpot pipelines, sequences and calendars built to your specification and documented for your account managers. See CRM automation.
Manila time against the Australian zones
The Philippines is on UTC+8 all year and does not change its clocks. New South Wales, Victoria, the ACT, Tasmania and South Australia move their clocks forward from early October to early April. Queensland, the Northern Territory and Western Australia do not.
- Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Hobart
- AEST is UTC+10 and AEDT is UTC+11. 9:00 am in Sydney is 7:00 am in Manila on AEST and 6:00 am on AEDT. 5:00 pm in Sydney is 3:00 pm in Manila on AEST and 2:00 pm on AEDT.
- Brisbane
- AEST, UTC+10, all year. 9:00 am in Brisbane is 7:00 am in Manila and 5:00 pm in Brisbane is 3:00 pm in Manila, in every month.
- Adelaide and Darwin
- ACST is UTC+9:30 and Adelaide moves to ACDT, UTC+10:30, in daylight saving. 9:00 am in Manila is 10:30 am in Darwin all year, and 10:30 am or 11:30 am in Adelaide depending on the season.
- Perth
- AWST is UTC+8 all year, the same as Manila. The two cities read the same clock in every month.
- In plain terms
- An east coast working day falls inside the Manila morning and early afternoon, and a Perth working day matches ours. These are clock facts. The overlap window we actually keep for your project is agreed in the scope, in your local time.
How an Australian project runs
Overlap
A window in your business day
The scope names the window when both sides are online, written in your state's time and in Manila time, and notes the shift when daylight saving starts and ends.
Written
Stage notes in plain English
Each stage ends with a written note: what was built, what was tested and what we need from you. Calls are for decisions, and the notes carry the detail.
Recorded
Walkthroughs on video
We record a walkthrough of each finished piece so staff in another state, or on another roster, can watch it when it suits them.
Tools and channels Australian buyers commonly bring
We work inside the tools you already pay for. A tool that is not listed is checked during scoping for an API or an n8n connection.
- Accounting
- Xero, connected through n8n, for invoices, contacts and payment status. QuickBooks is covered on its own page.
- CRM and marketing
- GoHighLevel and HubSpot. Job management and practice tools are assessed during scoping.
- SMS and email
- SMS through your CRM or an SMS provider, and email through your own sending domain. Sender identification and consent records stay with your organisation. See email and SMS automation.
- Stores
- Shopify for orders, products and customers.
- Workflows and AI
- n8n for the workflows and Claude for the language work, set up in accounts you own. The list of what we build with is on our stack.
Privacy and data handling for Australian buyers
The law most Australian buyers ask about is the Privacy Act 1988 and its Australian Privacy Principles, including the principle on disclosing personal information to an overseas recipient. The Spam Act 2003 applies to commercial email and SMS. Whether and how these apply depends on your organisation, and your organisation remains responsible for its own compliance. We build inside your accounts, follow the data rules you give us, ask only for the access the build needs and test with sample data first. The specifics, including where each tool hosts data and who can see it, are agreed during scoping and written into the scope. This page describes how we work. It is not legal advice and it makes no claim of certification or compliance.
How quotes and contracts are handled
Per engagement
- A written scope and quote before any build starts
- Engagement terms written alongside the scope, for that project
- The currency agreed in the quote; say in the form if you need Australian dollars
- Tool subscriptions and message fees billed to you by the vendors
Paperwork you may need
- Your NDA or data handling terms, reviewed during scoping
- A named list of who has access to which account
- Where each tool in the build hosts its data
- GST treatment of an overseas supplier is a question for your accountant
What moves the price
We publish no figures. The quote follows the scope: the number of channels and systems, the condition of your data, how deep the testing goes and the support you want afterwards. The detail is on what it costs to outsource AI automation to the Philippines. If you are weighing a team against a solo builder or a hire, see Philippine team, freelancer or in-house hire.
Book a scoping call
Tell us about the project
Include your state and time zone, for example Brisbane (AEST). This goes to our team and helps us prepare for the call.
Questions we get asked
Do you have an Australian office or an ABN?
No. The work is delivered remotely from the Philippines, and no Australian office, registration or staff is claimed. Ask your accountant how an overseas supplier is treated in your books.
How much of our working day overlaps with Manila?
On the clock, most of it. 9:00 am to 5:00 pm in Sydney is 7:00 am to 3:00 pm in Manila on AEST and 6:00 am to 2:00 pm on AEDT. Perth and Manila share UTC+8. The window we keep is agreed in the scope.
What happens when daylight saving starts or ends?
Philippine time stays at UTC+8, so the pairing with the south-eastern states moves by one hour in October and again in April. Queensland, the Northern Territory and Western Australia are unaffected. The scope says which side keeps its local time.
Can you connect Xero?
Xero has an API and an n8n connection, so invoices, contacts and payment status can be read or created by a workflow. What your Xero plan and permissions allow is confirmed during scoping.
Can you send SMS to Australian customers?
Yes, through your CRM or SMS provider. The sender identification, the consent records and the unsubscribe handling belong to your organisation, and we build the sequence around them.
Does our customer data leave Australia?
That depends on the tools in the build. The scope names each tool, where it hosts data and who has access, so you can make that decision with your adviser before anything is connected.
We are an agency. Can you deliver under our brand?
Raise it on the scoping call. It depends on the project and your client agreements. The arrangement is described on white-label AI automation.
Next step

Describe the project and your state. We will say what a scoped build looks like and which part of your day we share.
