Ecommerce automation that moves orders, stock and status updates between your systems

Selling on your own store and on marketplaces means the same order and the same stock count get copied between screens. We connect the channels so orders land in one list, stock is adjusted after each sale, customers get their updates and payouts are matched for the bookkeeper.

For sellers who copy orders and stock counts between screens

The need usually appears when a second sales channel is added. One stock count now has to stay true in two places, and each order has to reach the same packing table.

  • Online sellers on two or more channels
  • Brands with their own Shopify or WooCommerce store plus marketplace shops
  • Distributors starting to sell online

How it works

  • Map

    Channels and process are mapped

Your sales channels, warehouse process and current tools are written down, including where stock counts are kept today.

  • Orders

    One order list

Orders from each channel flow into one order list in a sheet or system, in place of a separate order management system for each channel.

  • Stock

    Stock updated across channels

Stock levels are adjusted across channels after each sale and each delivery of new stock. This is the automated inventory management part of the build.

  • Alerts

Low stock and failed delivery alerts

Staff are alerted when an item reaches its reorder level or a delivery fails, with the order attached.

  • Updates

    Customer order messages

Customers receive an order confirmation and shipping updates from courier tracking.

  • Payouts

    Payouts and fees matched

Payouts and platform fees are matched to orders, ready for the bookkeeper to review.

What Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop require

Each marketplace decides who may connect to its seller data. This is checked for your shop before a build is quoted.

Own store
Shopify and WooCommerce allow connections from the store admin. See the Shopify integration page for what connects and the limits.
Shopee API, Lazada API and TikTok Shop API
Each marketplace grants API access through its open platform after an application and review. Approval is the marketplace's decision.
Where direct access is not granted
An approved third-party connector or scheduled exports from the seller center are used. Exports update on a schedule, so stock counts follow the last export.
Marketplace chat
Chat automation inside marketplaces is restricted by the marketplaces themselves. Order questions on your own store chat or Page can be answered by an assistant.

What we need from you and what we handle

We need from you

  • Store admin and seller center access
  • A SKU list with consistent codes across channels
  • Your stock process, including how new stock is received
  • The person who handles fulfillment

We handle

  • Mapping channels, the warehouse process and current tools
  • The access check or application route for each marketplace
  • Order consolidation and stock sync rules
  • Low stock and failed delivery alerts
  • Customer order messages and written handover notes

What a first project includes and what it leaves out

Included

  • Order consolidation from up to two channels
  • Stock sync rules
  • Low stock alerts
  • Customer order messages

Left out

  • Marketplace app approval that the platform declines
  • Product listing creation at scale
  • Warehouse management software

Limits we state plainly

  • Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop grant API access through their open platforms after an application and review. Where direct access is not granted, an approved third-party connector or scheduled exports are used.
  • Marketplace chat automation is restricted by the marketplaces themselves.
  • Stock sync is only as reliable as SKU discipline. Mismatched codes cause overselling.
  • Buyer data from marketplaces is subject to their terms and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173). It is used for the order it belongs to.

Tools and channels involved

Shopify, WooCommerce, Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop seller connections, Google Sheets or an inventory app, PayMongo or Xendit, courier tracking and n8n.

See the Shopify, Google Sheets, GCash, QuickBooks and Messenger integration pages for what each one connects to.

What it costs

Cost depends on how many sales channels are connected and how each one grants access.

Questions we get asked

Which store and marketplace systems can be connected?

Shopify and WooCommerce stores connect from the store admin. Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop connect where the marketplace grants access, through a third-party connector it approves, or through scheduled exports.

What do Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop require for API access?

Each one grants API access through its open platform after an application and review. The requirements are set by the marketplace and are checked for your shop during scoping. Approval is not ours to promise.

How are stock counts kept in step?

Each product has one SKU code used on every channel. A sale or a stock delivery on one channel adjusts the count on the others. With scheduled exports the counts follow the last export, so a safety margin is agreed for fast-moving items.

Do we need an order management system first?

No. For a seller on two channels, one order list in Google Sheets is often enough. If you already use an inventory app, the build writes to that.

Can an assistant answer order status questions?

Yes, on your own store chat or Facebook Page, from the order list. Chat inside the marketplaces follows their rules. The ecommerce industry page covers the conversation side.

List the channels you sell on and where stock is counted.

Tell us which store and marketplaces you use and how an order reaches the packing table today. We will say what can be connected directly and what would run on exports.
