Service
An AI sales assistant that researches, drafts and follows up while your team sells
New leads are researched and scored against your ideal customer. The assistant drafts first messages and replies in your tone for a salesperson to approve, offers a meeting slot when a lead is ready and records what was said in the CRM. Pricing, negotiation and relationships stay with your team.
- Built for
- B2B selling and inbound lead qualification
- Works in
- Your CRM, mailbox and calendar
- Staff role
- Approve drafts, negotiate, close
- Price
- Request a quote
For sales teams that lose selling time to research and admin
An AI SDR, in the sense used here, does the preparation a sales development representative would do: research, first drafts, follow-up reminders and CRM notes. It is set up around your own process and for business-to-business selling. It is not a tool for mass unsolicited messaging.
- B2B service firms
- Software and IT resellers
- Distributors
- Recruitment agencies
- BPOs selling to overseas clients
- Founders who do their own selling
How it works
Intake
A lead enters the CRM
From a form, an event list or a prospect list you are entitled to use, with its source recorded.
Research
Research and scoring
The assistant gathers public business information about the company and scores the lead against your rules.
Draft
An opening message for approval
It drafts an email or message in your tone. A salesperson edits or approves it before it is sent.
Replies
Replies read and classified
Replies are sorted as interested, a question, not now or opt-out. Routine questions get a drafted answer.
Book
Meeting booking
Interested leads receive a booking link, and the meeting is added to the calendar.
Log
CRM kept current
Notes, the stage and the next step are updated automatically after each exchange.

What the assistant does and what your salesperson keeps
Sales automation works when the split is clear. This is the split a first project is built on.
Assistant
Prepared by the assistant
Company research, lead scores, first drafts, drafted answers to routine questions, follow-up reminders and CRM notes.
Approval
Approved by a person
Every outgoing first message and any reply about price, terms or commitments is approved by a salesperson before it is sent.
Salesperson
Kept by your team
Discovery calls, pricing, negotiation, proposals and the relationship itself.
Consent, sending and platform rules
Outreach is planned inside the rules of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and of the mail and social platforms involved. These are set before anything is built.
- Outreach is limited to business contacts with a clear lawful basis, and every message carries an opt-out
- Opt-outs are recorded in the CRM and stop all further messages
- Google and Microsoft enforce bulk sender rules, so volume is kept low and sent from a properly set up domain
- LinkedIn prohibits automated activity, so LinkedIn steps are done by hand by your salesperson
- Calls are made by your team. Phone answering is covered on the AI voice assistant page

Limits we state plainly
- Unsolicited marketing to individuals raises consent issues under the Data Privacy Act of 2012. Outreach is limited to business contacts with a clear lawful basis and an opt-out.
- Google and Microsoft enforce bulk sender rules. High-volume cold email can damage your domain.
- LinkedIn prohibits automated activity. That step stays manual.
- Research from public sources can be outdated. Drafts are approved by a person before sending.
- The assistant supports your salespeople. Results still depend on the offer, the list and the follow-through.
Tools and channels involved
HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM or GoHighLevel as the CRM, Gmail or Outlook as the mailbox, Calendly or Cal.com for booking, an AI model, and n8n to connect them. LinkedIn is used by hand. See the GoHighLevel and HubSpot integration pages. A sheet can serve as a simple lead list at the start, as described on the Google Sheets page.
What it costs
Cost depends on the scope of the first project and the systems it connects.

Questions we get asked
What does an AI sales assistant do day to day?
It researches new leads, scores them, drafts first messages and replies, reminds the salesperson of follow-ups, offers booking links and updates the CRM.
Which messages does a person approve?
In a first project, every opening message and any reply that touches price, terms or commitments. Routine acknowledgements can be sent automatically once you are satisfied with the wording.
How does it stay inside consent and anti-spam rules?
It works only on leads you are entitled to contact, records the basis and the source, includes an opt-out and keeps sending volume within the mail providers' rules.
Is this AI sales software we subscribe to?
No. It is a setup built on your own CRM, mailbox and calendar. Subscriptions to those tools and to the AI model are in your name and billed by the vendors.
Can it send cold email in bulk?
No. AI cold email at volume risks your domain and raises consent issues. The assistant drafts individual messages to business contacts for a person to approve.
Does it make sales calls?
No. Outbound calling is left out. Calls stay with your salespeople, and the assistant prepares the notes they need before each call.
Does it replace a salesperson?
No. It takes on research and admin so the salesperson spends more of the day in conversations.
