Business process automation that takes recurring work off your desk
We map a routine process, remove the steps that do not need to exist, and automate the rest with n8n, so data moves between your forms, sheets, CRM and messages without retyping.

For teams that copy the same data into three places
You know the pattern: a lead arrives in a Facebook form, someone copies it into a sheet, someone else messages the customer, and a third person updates the CRM. Each step is small. Together they take a person.
Process automation replaces the copying and the reminders. People keep the approvals and the exceptions.
Processes we automate
Leads
Form to CRM to first message
A new lead from a website or Facebook form is saved, assigned to an owner and sent a first reply.
Orders
Order intake and status updates
Orders from messages or forms go into one sheet, and customers get status updates when a row changes.
Logistics
Booking requests and exceptions
Pickup and quotation requests are logged, and delayed or problem items are flagged to dispatch.
Admin
Approvals and reminders
Requests go to the right approver, with reminders if nothing happens, and a record of who decided.
Reports
Daily summaries
Numbers from several sheets are collected and sent as one summary to your inbox or chat.
Documents
Reading messy inputs
Claude reads emails, messages or forms, pulls out the fields you need and sorts them, with unclear items flagged for a person.

Our method
How we approach a process
Map the process as it runs today
We follow one real case from start to finish, including the workarounds nobody wrote down.
Remove what does not need to exist
Some steps exist only because two tools do not talk to each other. We cut those first.
Automate the routine path
We build the main path in n8n and connect it to your tools. Claude is used where text needs to be read, sorted or drafted.
Plan for failure
We add alerts when a step fails and a place for unclear items, so nothing disappears silently.
Hand over with notes
You get a diagram of the workflow, a list of connected accounts and instructions for common changes.
What we need from you and what we handle
We need from you
- A person who knows how the process runs today
- Examples of real cases, including awkward ones
- Access to the tools being connected
- Rules for approvals and exceptions
- A decision on who owns the workflow afterwards
We handle
- Process mapping and the written scope
- Building and testing the workflow
- Connecting your tools and accounts
- Failure alerts and a log of runs
- Diagram, handover notes and staff walkthrough
How we choose what to automate first
Four questions rank the candidates: how often the task repeats, how clear its rules are, whether the systems involved have an API or an export, and what a mistake would do to a customer. Frequent, rule-based tasks on systems that connect come first.
Where a step needs judgement on text, such as reading an email or sorting an enquiry, an AI step can be added and a person approves the result. Related: CRM automation, custom AI and integrations, AI automation for logistics and AI automation for accounting firms.
What it costs
We price by the number and difficulty of workflows, not by the hour.

Request a quoteWhat moves the price
- Number of workflows and steps

Questions we get asked
Do I need to buy n8n?
n8n can be hosted by us on your behalf or in your own account. Costs differ, and the quote lists the tool cost separately from our build fee.
Do you work with GoHighLevel?
Yes, where you already use it or where a CRM and follow-up pipeline is the right fit. We explain the option in the scope.
What if a step fails?
We build failure alerts into each workflow, so you or we are told, and unclear items go to a review list instead of being lost.
Can I edit the workflow later?
Yes. n8n workflows are visual. We hand over notes, and you can choose between editing yourself and asking us for changes.
Next step
Name the process that costs you the most hours.
Describe it in a few lines. We will tell you whether to automate it, change it, or leave it.
