Outsource AI automation to a Philippine team that scopes, builds and hands over

Owners, operations leads and agency founders outside the Philippines send us a workflow, an assistant or a backlog. We write the scope, build in your accounts, test with you and hand over with notes. This page explains how that works and links to every page in the set.

You outsource the build, and you keep the result

Outsourcing automation work to the Philippines can mean two different things. One is staffing: a person whose time you contract and direct. The other is delivery: a team that takes a defined piece of work and returns it finished. AI Automation Services does the second.

The Philippines has a large, established outsourcing sector, English is an official language and is widely used in business, and the country keeps one clock, UTC+8, with no daylight saving time. Those facts make cross-border work practical. They do not replace a written scope, which is what each project here starts with.

If what you want is a dedicated person to direct day to day, staffing is the better route, and the agency or staff comparison sets out the difference.

Six kinds of build, each with its own page

  • Workflows

    n8n workflows

Forms, sheets, CRMs, inboxes and APIs connected so that routine steps run without retyping. See hiring an n8n expert.

  • CRM

    GoHighLevel builds

Pipelines, workflows, calendars and snapshots for agencies and local-service businesses. See hiring a GoHighLevel expert.

  • No-code

    Zapier and Make

New zaps and scenarios, repairs to existing ones, and a plain view on when a move to n8n makes sense. See Zapier and Make.

  • Assistants

    AI assistants for chat

Website chat, WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram assistants that answer from your information and hand over to staff. See AI chatbot development.

  • Mixed stacks

    Projects across several tools

A build that touches a CRM, a model such as Claude, a messaging channel and a sheet at once. See AI automation specialists.

  • Agencies

    Delivery under your brand

Agencies brief us and present the work to their own clients. See white-label AI automation.

How an engagement runs

Five stages, each closed in writing

  1. Scope

A call or a written brief, then a scope document: what will be built, in which accounts, what it connects to, what is left out and what we need from you.

  2. Build

We build in your accounts with the access you grant, using sample or test data first. Progress is reported in written updates.

  3. Test

You see the build run against real cases before launch. Wording, rules and edge cases are adjusted with your reviewer.

  4. Handover

Notes on what was built and where it runs, an access list, and a recorded walkthrough your team can watch when it suits them.

  5. Support, if you want it

Monitoring and changes after launch are quoted separately. Many clients operate the build themselves from the handover notes.

Where the working days meet

The Philippines stays on UTC+8 all year. Where your region changes its clocks, the overlap moves by an hour when it does. The overlap window for your project is written into the scope.

Your regionWhere the overlap fallsCountry page
United States and CanadaThe Philippine morning meets the North American afternoon and evening of the previous calendar dayUnited States, Canada
AustraliaMost of the working day is shared, with Australia a little ahead on the clockAustralia
United KingdomThe Philippine late afternoon and evening meet the UK morningUnited Kingdom
SingaporeThe same clock time all yearSingapore
United Arab Emirates and the GulfThe Philippine afternoon meets the Gulf morningUAE

Live calls are kept for scoping, test reviews and handover. Everything else runs on written updates and recorded walkthroughs, so nobody has to be awake for the other side.

Buyers this arrangement fits

  • Owners

A business with manual steps and no builder

You know which tasks repeat. You want them automated and documented without recruiting or supervising a technical hire.

  • Operations leads

    A backlog that keeps slipping

There is a list of automations that never reaches the top of the internal queue. A scope turns the list into deliverables.

  • Agencies

    Client work you want delivered

Marketing, web and GoHighLevel agencies that sell automation and want a delivery team behind them.

  • Teams with a stack already

    Existing tools that need connecting

You already pay for a CRM, a help desk or a no-code tool. The work is to connect them and tidy what is there.

What you provide and what we provide

From you

  • A description of the process as it runs today, or a backlog we can turn into a scope
  • One person who approves the scope, the wording and the test results
  • Access to the accounts involved, at the level the build needs
  • Sample data, or a test account, to build against
  • Your country and time zone, so the overlap window can be agreed

From us

  • A written scope and a quote before any building starts
  • A written update at the end of each stage
  • Tests shown to you before launch
  • Handover notes, an access list and a recorded walkthrough
  • Our access removed at the end, on your request

What a project includes and what it leaves out

Included

  • The workflows, assistants or integrations named in the scope
  • Testing with your reviewer before launch
  • Documentation and a walkthrough at handover
  • Naming conventions that let another builder take over

Left out

  • Tool subscriptions, message fees and model usage, which the vendors bill to you
  • A dedicated person on your team roster
  • Work outside the written scope, which is quoted as a change
  • Legal advice on your own country's privacy and consumer rules

Limits, and what moves the price

Limits

  • What can be automated depends on each tool's plan and API. That is checked against your own accounts during scoping.
  • An AI assistant answers from the information you approve. It needs a handoff to a person for anything outside that.
  • Vendors change plans, limits and policies. A build is documented so it can be adjusted when they do.
  • We do not publish prices, client names or performance figures on this site.

What moves the price

  • How many workflows or assistants are in scope
  • How many systems are connected, and how good their APIs are
  • The number of channels an assistant runs on
  • The state of the data and content you start with
  • Whether support after launch is included

Request scoping

Tell us what you want built

Include your country and time zone. A description of the process or the backlog is enough to start a scope.

For example Sydney (AEST), Singapore (SGT), New York (Eastern).

We use your details only to answer this enquiry. Please do not include card numbers or government ID numbers.

Questions we get asked

Who owns the workflows and assistants once they are built?

You do. They are built in accounts that belong to you wherever the tool allows, and the handover notes list each account, what runs in it and who has access.

Where does our data sit?

In the tools you already use and the ones named in the scope. The scope lists each tool and where it is hosted. We build and test with sample data first and ask only for the access the build needs.

How do we communicate across the time difference?

Written updates at the end of each stage, recorded walkthroughs, and live calls inside an overlap window agreed for your region. The channel, whether email, a shared workspace or WhatsApp, is agreed at the start.

What happens if a tool changes its plan or its API after handover?

The notes say what each workflow depends on, so the affected part can be found and adjusted. Changes after handover are covered by a support arrangement if you have one, or quoted as a small project if you do not.

How does a quote work?

The quote follows the written scope. It lists our fee for the build and, separately, the vendor costs you pay directly, such as subscriptions, message fees and model usage. The currency is agreed in the quote.

Do you sign contracts and NDAs?

Engagement terms are written per project alongside the scope, and a confidentiality agreement is handled per engagement. Send yours with the brief, or ask for ours on the scoping call.

Can we start with one small workflow?

Yes. A single workflow with a clear start and end is a sensible first scope. It shows how the stages, the updates and the handover work before a larger backlog is committed.

Next step

Send the brief, or just the backlog.

Describe the work and your time zone. We will say what a scoped build looks like and what it depends on.
