Hire from the Philippines
Hire a GoHighLevel expert in the Philippines for snapshots, workflows and pipelines
Agencies and local-service businesses abroad ask us for a GHL specialist. We work as a team on a written scope: the sub-account is configured, the workflows are built and tested, and the setup is saved so you can reuse it. A person to direct daily is a staffing question, covered below.

Two kinds of GHL buyer, and one honest note
Agencies
You resell or manage GHL for clients
You want a niche snapshot built once and loaded into each new client sub-account, with workflows that hold up when a client asks for changes.
Local-service businesses
You run your own sub-account
A trades, clinic, salon, real estate or home-services business that wants enquiries captured, followed up and booked without chasing.
The honest note
A team for scoped work, not a seat
We deliver a defined GHL build. If you want a GHL person in your team to take tickets every day, look at staffing: see agency or hiring staff.
What we build inside GoHighLevel
Pipelines
Pipelines and opportunity stages
Stages that match how the business sells, with custom fields and values, so the opportunity board shows where every lead stands.
Workflows
Workflows for follow-up
A new lead triggers a first message, a task and a reminder sequence. A reply or a booking takes the contact out of the sequence.
Booking
Calendars and reminders
Calendars with the right availability, confirmation and reminder messages, and a no-show branch that offers a new time.
Capture
Forms, surveys and chat widget
Forms and the web chat widget feed the same pipeline, with the source recorded on the contact.
Snapshots
Snapshots for reuse
The finished setup is saved as a snapshot so an agency can load it into the next sub-account. A snapshot carries the configuration, not the contacts.
AI features
Conversation and voice AI setup
Where your plan includes HighLevel's AI features, we write the instructions, the knowledge content and the handoff rule to a person. Availability is confirmed during scoping.
More on what connects to the platform is on the GoHighLevel integration page. Tools outside GHL are connected through its API or through n8n, where the plan allows API access.
A missed call that becomes a booked job
- Call goes unanswered (Trigger), GoHighLevel
- Text back with a booking link (Workflow), GoHighLevel
- Contact and opportunity created (Pipeline), GoHighLevel
- Customer picks a time (Calendar), GoHighLevel
- Staff confirm the job details (Staff step), Your staff
- Reminder before the visit (Workflow), GoHighLevel
Text messaging rules differ by country. In the United States, for example, carriers require sender registration before business texts are delivered. Which registration applies to your number is confirmed during scoping, and the registration itself is submitted in your business name.
How the engagement runs
Scope, build, test, handover, support
Scope and plan check
We review your agency plan and the sub-account: which features, API access and AI options it includes. The scope is written from what the plan allows.
Build in a staging sub-account or yours
Agencies often prefer a staging sub-account that becomes the snapshot. Single businesses usually have us build in the live one with workflows left in draft.
Test with real contacts you nominate
Test contacts go through every branch: new lead, reply, booking, no-show. You read each message as the customer would.
Handover
A workflow map, naming conventions, the snapshot where one applies, and a recorded walkthrough for your team or your client.
Support, if wanted
Changes, new workflows and fixes after platform updates, quoted separately. See managed automation support.
How the time difference is handled
- Our clock
- UTC+8 all year. The Philippines does not observe daylight saving time, so only your side of the gap ever moves.
- Overlap
- A window for live calls is agreed for your region and written into the scope.
- Between calls
- A written update per stage, plus a recording of the workflow running on a test contact.
- Launch timing
- Workflows are switched on at a time agreed with you, when someone on your side is watching the first live leads.
What we need from you
From an agency
- A user on the agency account with the permissions the build needs
- The niche and the offer the snapshot is for
- Your message templates, or approval of ours
- Who talks to the end client, which by default is you
From a business
- Admin access to your sub-account
- How a lead moves from enquiry to paid job today
- Your services, service area and opening times
- A person who approves each message before it goes live
What a first GHL project includes and leaves out
Included
- One pipeline with its stages and fields
- The core workflows named in the scope
- One calendar with confirmations and reminders
- Forms or chat widget connected to the pipeline
- A snapshot of the result, for agency accounts
Left out
- The GoHighLevel subscription and usage charges for texts, calls, email and AI, billed by the platform
- Sender or brand registration fees charged by carriers
- Funnel and website design, unless scoped
- Ad account management
- Migration of long contact histories, scoped separately
Limits, and what moves the price
Limits
- Features, API access and AI options depend on your HighLevel plan and are checked first
- Message delivery depends on sender registration and on the recipient having agreed to be contacted
- A CRM helps only when staff work in it, which needs an owner on your side
- No partner or certification status with HighLevel is claimed
What moves the price
- The number of pipelines, workflows and calendars
- Whether a reusable snapshot is part of the work
- Whether AI features are configured
- Connections to tools outside the platform
- Contact import and clean-up
- Support after launch

Questions we get asked
Who owns the snapshot and the workflows?
You do. They are built in your agency account or sub-account. For agencies, the snapshot stays in your account to load into client sub-accounts as you wish; the engagement terms state this.
Will you talk to our clients?
By default, no. An agency briefs us and speaks to its own client. If you want us on a client call under your brand, that is arranged per engagement; see white-label AI automation.
Where is contact data stored?
In your GoHighLevel account, on HighLevel's infrastructure. We work inside your account with test contacts first. If a workflow sends data to another tool, the scope names it.
Can you fix a sub-account someone else set up?
Yes, after a review. We map the existing workflows, mark the ones that overlap or misfire and quote the clean-up before changing anything live.
What if HighLevel changes a feature we rely on?
The platform updates often. The handover map shows which workflow uses which feature, so the affected part can be adjusted, under support or as a quoted change.
We are not on GoHighLevel yet. Should we be?
It depends on what you already use. If your CRM has an API and automation on your plan, connecting it may be the simpler route. The CRM automation page covers both paths.
How are quotes, contracts and NDAs handled?
The quote follows the written scope and separates our fee from platform charges. Terms and confidentiality agreements are handled per engagement, before account access is granted.
