Social media content automation with approval before anything is posted

We set up a content pipeline for your pages. Topics go into a planning sheet, an AI assistant drafts captions in your brand voice, a person approves them, and approved posts are scheduled through tools that use each platform's official publishing connection. Some people search for this as an AI social media manager. The approval step stays with your team.

For teams where posting competes with other work

Regular posting depends on a routine: an idea is written down, a caption is drafted, someone approves it and it goes out on schedule. The pipeline handles the drafting, the scheduling and the record keeping. Your staff spend their time approving posts and talking to customers.

  • Retail and food brands with frequent promos
  • Clinics, schools and property developers
  • Small teams where one person handles marketing alongside other work
  • Businesses with several pages to keep consistent

What we set up

  • Plan

    Content pillars and a calendar

Topics, voice and a posting calendar agreed with you and kept in one planning sheet.

  • Draft

    AI caption drafts

An AI assistant drafts captions and variants from your product information and voice examples.

  • Approve

    An approval step

A named person approves or edits each draft. Nothing is scheduled without that approval.

  • Schedule

    Scheduling and publishing

Approved posts are scheduled through a tool that uses each platform's official publishing connection.

  • Inbox

    Comments and messages collected

Comments and messages are gathered in one place for staff to reply, or routed to your chat assistant.

  • Report

    A regular report

Posts published, reach and enquiries, drawn from the platform data your accounts provide.

Social media marketing automation that connects to your other systems

The pipeline is more useful when it is connected. A message from a post can open a conversation with your Messenger chatbot, a lead from a comment can be written to your CRM, and the planning sheet can take product updates from the systems you already keep. These connections are scoped per project.

What this service does not automate

It does not buy followers, automate likes or follows, or post through unofficial tools. It also does not publish anything a person has not approved.

Limits we state plainly

  • Publishing uses each platform's official connection. Unofficial posting tools can lead to account restrictions and are not used.
  • What third-party tools may publish differs by platform and account type, and platforms change these rules. What is possible for TikTok and LinkedIn is confirmed during scoping.
  • AI captions are reviewed by a person for accuracy, tone and claims, with extra care for health and finance products.
  • Reach and engagement depend on the platforms and on your content, so no results are promised.

Tools and channels involved

Meta Business Suite, a scheduling tool, Google Sheets, Airtable or Notion for the calendar, an AI model, Canva for graphics and n8n for the connections. The exact set is named in the scope.

Questions we get asked

Does anything get posted without our approval?

No. A draft becomes a scheduled post only after your approver accepts it.

Which platforms can be scheduled?

Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts are the usual start. Other platforms depend on what their official connections allow for your account, which is confirmed during scoping.

Do you write the posts or does the AI assistant?

The AI assistant drafts from your information and voice examples. Your approver edits and approves. A staffed writing service is quoted separately.

Can you grow our followers?

This service sets up consistent, approved posting and a clear reply routine. Follower schemes and automated likes are not offered.

Who owns the pages and the scheduling account?

You do. Accounts are in your name, and we work with the access you grant.
