Assumptions: the share is your own estimate; staff time freed is valued at the cost of the person who does the task, which counts only if that time is put to use; quality and customer experience are not in the numbers.
What it leaves out, and where to get the setup cost
The calculator leaves out
- Tax, financing and accounting treatment. It is not financial advice
- Revenue effects, such as enquiries answered sooner
- Costs of change, training and mistakes
- Any outcome. The result describes your inputs, not what an automation will deliver
