Email and SMS automation that sends the right message after each customer action

A form, a purchase, a due date or a stage change triggers the message. Domains and sender names are set up properly, consent is recorded, and replies and opt-outs update the contact record.

  • Lenders and cooperatives
  • Ecommerce stores

How it works

  • Triggers

    Triggers are defined

A form, a purchase, a due date, a stage change or a date-based rule starts each sequence.

  • List

    The contact list is cleaned

Duplicates are removed and the consent status of each contact is recorded.

  • Setup

    Domain and sender name

The email domain and SMS sender name are set up and verified.

  • Write

    Templates and sequences

Messages are written and approved by you before anything is sent.

  • Send

    Messages send automatically

Replies and opt-outs update the contact record.

  • Report

    Delivery reporting

Delivery, opens, clicks and replies are reported.

What we need from you and what we handle

We need from you

  • Your contact list, with how consent was collected
  • DNS access for your email domain
  • Sender name documents for SMS registration
  • The message wording you approve
  • A person who handles replies

We handle

  • Mapping the triggers with you
  • Cleaning the list and recording consent status
  • Domain authentication and SMS sender setup
  • Writing, testing and scheduling the sequences
  • A delivery report and a staff walkthrough

What a first project includes and what it leaves out

Included

  • Domain and sender setup
  • Up to three automated sequences
  • List import with consent fields
  • A delivery report

Left out

  • SMS and email platform usage fees
  • Newsletter writing as an ongoing service
  • Purchased lists, which are never used

Limits we state plainly

  • Marketing messages need consent and an opt-out under the Data Privacy Act of 2012. SMS sender names need telco or provider approval.
  • Philippine telcos block SMS that contains links or suspicious content, so links in SMS are restricted and messages are written accordingly.
  • Email reaching the inbox depends on domain authentication and list quality.
  • SMS is billed per message by the provider.

Tools and channels involved

Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, GoHighLevel or HubSpot for email, Semaphore or Twilio for SMS, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mail, and n8n to connect them. See the GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Shopify and Google Sheets integration pages.

Questions we get asked

What is needed to send business SMS in the Philippines?

A provider account, an approved sender name where the provider requires one, contacts who have consented, and message content that avoids what telcos block. We set up the first three and write the fourth with you.

How is consent recorded and opt-out handled?

Each contact carries a consent field showing how and when consent was given. A reply that opts out updates the record and stops further sends.

Which tools can send the messages?

Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, GoHighLevel or HubSpot for email, and Semaphore or Twilio for SMS. The right set depends on the tools you already use.

Can links be used in SMS?

They are restricted, because Philippine telcos block SMS with links or suspicious content. Messages are written to work without them where possible.
