Hire from the Philippines
Hire an n8n expert in the Philippines for workflows built in your own instance
n8n is the workflow tool we build in most. Overseas clients come to us for an n8n developer, a consultant or an automation specialist; what they receive is a scoped set of workflows, built in their own n8n instance, tested and documented by a team.

- n8n, cloud or self-hosted

A team that delivers n8n workflows, and when a hire is the better call
Searches for an n8n developer, n8n consultant or n8n automation specialist usually come from one of two needs. Some buyers have defined workflows they want built properly. Others want a person who sits in their team and takes requests as they come.
We serve the first need: a written scope, a build in your instance, a test round and a handover. If you want a dedicated n8n person to direct day to day, staffing suits you better, and the agency or staff comparison explains the trade.
- Suits: operations teams with a list of workflows to build, and companies moving off a no-code tool that has become limiting
- Suits: agencies that sell automation and want workflows delivered for their clients
- Suits: teams with an n8n instance already, where workflows have grown without error handling or notes
n8n workflows clients ask for
Webhooks
Form and webhook intake
A webhook receives a form or app event, checks the payload, writes the record to a CRM and a sheet and alerts the owner in chat.
Sync
Two-way record sync
Contacts or orders kept in step between two systems, with a rule for which side wins when both have changed.
AI steps
Workflows with a model in the middle
An email or a document is passed to a model such as Claude to classify, extract or draft, then a person approves before anything is sent.
Schedules
Scheduled jobs
A workflow that runs on a timer to pull figures, chase unpaid invoices or tidy records, and reports what it did.
APIs
HTTP requests to tools without a node
Where n8n has no ready-made node for a tool, the HTTP Request node calls its API directly, with authentication stored as an n8n credential.
Repairs
Audit and repair of existing workflows
Workflows that fail quietly are given error branches, retries, alerts and names that say what they do.
n8n Cloud or self-hosted
n8n is offered as a hosted service run by n8n, and as software you run on your own server. Both use the same workflow editor. The choice is made with you during scoping, and plan details are confirmed against n8n's current terms at that point.
| Compared on | n8n Cloud | Self-hosted n8n |
|---|---|---|
| Who runs the server | n8n does | You do, or a host you choose |
| Updates and backups | Handled by the service | Yours to schedule, or ours under a support arrangement |
| Where workflow data sits | In n8n's hosting; the location is confirmed during scoping | On the server you choose |
| How it is billed | A subscription to n8n, with limits set by the plan | Server costs, plus an n8n licence where your use calls for one |
| Usually suits | Teams that want no server to look after | Teams with data-location rules, high volumes or an IT function |
n8n publishes its own licence terms for self-hosted use. Whether your intended use needs a paid licence is checked during scoping, not assumed.
A first n8n project
What a first n8n project includes, stage by stage
Scope and instance check
We list the workflows, their triggers and the systems they touch, then look at your instance or help you choose between cloud and self-hosted.
Credentials and environment
Credentials are created in your instance under your accounts. Where the setup allows, a test copy of each workflow is kept apart from the live one.
Build with error handling
Each workflow gets an error branch, a retry rule where it makes sense and an alert to a named person when a run fails.
Test with your cases
Your reviewer sends real examples through and sees the executions. Edge cases found here are fixed before launch.
Handover
A note per workflow, exported workflow files, the credential list by name, and a recorded walkthrough of the editor.
Support, if wanted
Monitoring of failed executions, version updates on a self-hosted instance, and changes, quoted separately.
Building across time zones
The team works on UTC+8, which does not change during the year. An overlap window for calls is agreed for your region in the scope. Between calls, you get a written update per stage and a recording of each workflow running.
n8n helps here: the execution log shows every run, its input and its output. When something looks wrong on your side, send the execution link or a screenshot of it and we can see the same run without a call.
What we need from you, and what is left out
We need from you
- Owner or admin access to the n8n instance, or agreement on who creates it
- Accounts and API access for each tool the workflows connect to
- Sample payloads or records for each trigger
- A reviewer who knows what a correct result looks like
- For self-hosting, a decision on the server and who maintains it
Left out of a first project
- The n8n subscription or server bill, paid by you to the vendor
- Fees from the tools being connected and from any AI model
- Server administration beyond the n8n setup, unless scoped
- Custom nodes written in code, which are scoped separately
- An on-call person outside a support arrangement
Limits, and what moves the price
Limits
- A workflow can only do what the connected tool's API allows on your plan
- Rate limits on the other tool set how fast a workflow can run
- A self-hosted instance is as reliable as the server and the upkeep behind it
- No partner or certification status with n8n is claimed
What moves the price
- The number of workflows and how many branches each has
- How many tools have a ready-made node and how many need direct API calls
- Whether an instance has to be set up or already exists
- Whether AI steps and a knowledge source are involved
- Whether monitoring and updates continue after handover

Questions we get asked
Do you build in our n8n instance or in yours?
In yours. The workflows, credentials and execution history live in an instance you own, and our user can be removed at handover. If you have no instance, creating one in your name is the first step of the project.
Who owns the workflows?
You do. They sit in your instance and are also exported as files at handover, so you hold a copy outside the tool.
Where does our data go when a workflow runs?
Through your n8n instance and on to the tools the workflow calls. On n8n Cloud that means n8n's hosting; on a self-hosted instance it means your server. The scope names each system a workflow touches.
We are on Zapier or Make. Can you move us to n8n?
Yes, where a move is justified. The Zapier and Make page sets out when staying put is the better choice and when n8n is.
What happens when n8n releases a new version?
On n8n Cloud, updates are handled by the service. On a self-hosted instance, someone has to apply them and check the workflows afterwards; that can be your IT team or a support arrangement with us.
Can your team look after workflows another developer built?
Usually, after an audit. We read the existing workflows, note what is fragile or undocumented and quote the repair work before taking on support.
How do quotes and agreements work?
The quote follows the scope and lists our build fee apart from n8n and other vendor costs. Engagement terms and any NDA are handled per engagement, before access is shared.
Next step
List the workflows and we will scope them.
A trigger, the steps and the tools involved are enough for a first reply.
