This website is operated by Brainnex Digital Marketing under the name AI Automation Services. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Information on this site
We write the pages to describe our services accurately. They are general information, not an offer, a quote or advice for your situation. Sample conversations are illustrations and are labelled as such.
How projects are agreed
A project begins only when you approve a written scope and quote. That document sets out what we build, what you provide, our fees, tool costs billed by vendors, and support terms. If it differs from this website, the written scope applies.
Third-party platforms
Our work depends on platforms we do not control, including Messenger, Viber, WhatsApp, n8n, Claude and GoHighLevel. Their rules, prices and availability can change. We design with those rules in mind and tell you where a change could affect your project.
Ownership
You keep ownership of your content, customer data and conversation history. The scope states which workflows and materials are handed over to you and which of our own pre-existing tools remain ours.
Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited. Liability on a project is set out in its written scope.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines.
