For businesses abroad
A Philippine automation team that delivers the project and hands it over
You describe the workflows, assistants or integrations you need. We scope them in writing, build them, document them and hand them over. You do not manage seats or hours.

Teams that want a build delivered, not seats filled
Agencies and operators
Builds delivered, not seats filled
You want the workflow or assistant finished and documented, and you do not want to recruit, train or supervise a builder.
Backlogs
A backlog of automations and no builder
You have a list of processes to automate and nobody with the time or the tools to build them.
Project delivery compared with staffing
Staffing is the better choice when you want dedicated people you direct every day. Project delivery is the better choice when you want a defined result.
| Compared on | Project delivery | Staffing (dedicated hire or VA) |
|---|---|---|
| What you buy | A scoped result: workflows or assistants, tested and documented | People's time, for the hours or seats you contract |
| Who manages the work | We manage the build; you approve the scope and review results | You or your manager direct the work |
| What you own at the end | The built workflows and assistants in your accounts, with notes | Whatever the person built, with documentation depending on them |
| How it is priced | Quoted per project after scoping; tool subscriptions billed by the vendors | A rate for the time contracted |
Four kinds of build
Workflows
n8n workflows
Connecting forms, sheets, CRMs, messaging and APIs so routine steps run without retyping.
Assistants
AI assistants for chat and voice
Assistants that answer from your information and hand over to your staff. See the services.
CRM
CRM and GoHighLevel setup
Pipelines, follow-up sequences and booking in a CRM, or connecting the one you have. See CRM automation.
Integrations
Custom integrations
Connections between tools that do not connect by themselves. See custom AI and integrations.
How we work across time zones
Overlap
Overlap windows stated per region
We agree the hours when both sides are online in the scope, for your time zone. The rest runs on written updates.
Updates
Written updates
Each stage ends with a written note: what was built, what was tested, what we need from you.
Walkthroughs
Recorded walkthroughs
We record a walkthrough of what was built so people in other time zones can watch it when it suits them.
Contracts, invoicing and data transfer
Engagement terms: written per project, alongside the scope. Currency: agreed in the quote. Where data is processed: named in the scope, with each tool and where it is hosted.
For cross-border data, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173, section 21) keeps the party that controls personal information responsible for it, including when it is transferred to a processor abroad or at home, and calls for comparable protection by contract or other reasonable means. Your own country's privacy law may add requirements for your customers' data. Agree the terms with your adviser; this page describes how we work and is not legal advice.
What we need from you
From you
- A scope, or a backlog we can turn into one
- A decision maker who approves the scope and the wording
- Access to the systems involved, at the level the build needs
From us
- A written scope and quote before building
- Tests shown to you before launch
- Documentation, an access list and a walkthrough at handover
Quoted per project after scoping
We do not publish prices. The quote follows the scope and lists our fees and the vendors' tool costs separately. The pricing page lists the cost drivers: channels, volume, systems, content, rules and support.
Book a scoping call
Tell us about the project
Include your country and time zone. This goes to our team and helps us prepare for the call.
Questions we get asked
How is this different from hiring a Filipino virtual assistant or developer?
You get a scoped result with a written handover instead of a person's time. A hire is the better choice when you want someone to direct every day.
Which time zones do you cover with live overlap?
We state overlap hours per region in the scope. Tell us your time zone in the form and we will reply with what is workable.
Who owns the workflows and accounts?
You do. Workflows and assistants are built in your accounts wherever the tool allows, and the handover notes say where they run.
How do you handle our customer data?
We ask for the access the build needs, build and test with sample data first, name where data is processed and remove our access on request.
Can you work under our agency brand?
Raise it on the scoping call. It depends on the project and your client agreements, and we will say plainly whether it fits.
Next step
Book a scoping call.
Describe the project and your time zone. We will say what a scoped build looks like.
