For businesses in Singapore
A Philippine AI automation team for Singapore businesses
Singapore and Manila are both on UTC+8, so your working day and ours read the same clock all year. You describe the WhatsApp enquiries, CRM work or back-office process you need handled. We scope it in writing, build it in your accounts and hand it over with notes.
- Engagement
- Scoped project with handover
- Philippine time
- UTC+8 all year, no daylight saving
- Singapore time
- SGT, UTC+8 all year, the same clock
What Singapore businesses ask a Philippine team to build
These are common shapes of request by sector. They are examples of scope, not client work.
Clinics and aesthetic practices
WhatsApp booking requests
An assistant on WhatsApp that collects the treatment, the preferred slot and contact details, then passes the request to the front desk to confirm. See appointment booking automation.
Education and enrichment centres
Enrolment enquiries
Questions about classes, levels and schedules answered from your published timetable, with trial class requests routed to staff.
Corporate service providers
Client onboarding paperwork
Intake forms, document requests and reminders with a status sheet, so staff see what is outstanding for each client. See document and invoice automation.
Logistics and trading firms
Order and shipment updates
Workflows that read status from your system and send updates to customers, and that log incoming orders from email or chat. See business process automation.
Online retailers
Store and marketplace questions
An assistant that answers order and delivery questions from your Shopify data and hands exceptions to staff. See ecommerce automation.
Regional head offices
Reporting across entities
Figures pulled from several systems into one scheduled report, with the source of each number noted. See reporting and dashboards.
Manila time against Singapore time
Neither country changes its clocks, so the pairing is the same in every month.
- Singapore (SGT, UTC+8)
- Singapore Standard Time and Philippine Standard Time are both UTC+8. 9:00 am in Singapore is 9:00 am in Manila. 6:00 pm in Singapore is 6:00 pm in Manila.
- Public holidays
- The two countries keep different public holiday calendars. The scope lists the dates that fall inside the project so both sides see them in advance.
- In plain terms
- The two working days coincide on the clock. That is a clock fact. The overlap window we actually keep for calls is still agreed in the scope, because a build also needs quiet time between calls.
How a Singapore project runs
Calls
A window in the shared day
The scope names the window for calls and questions. Because the clocks match, it can sit wherever in the business day suits your team.
Written
Stage notes
Each stage ends with a written note: what was built, what was tested and what we need from you. Decisions are recorded in writing, including the ones made on a call.
Recorded
Walkthroughs on video
We record a walkthrough of each finished piece so colleagues in other offices in the region can watch it when it suits them.
Tools and channels Singapore buyers commonly bring
We work inside the tools you already pay for. A tool that is not listed is checked during scoping for an API or an n8n connection.
- Customer messaging on the WhatsApp Business Platform, which has its own template and opt-in rules. See the WhatsApp chatbot page.
- Stores
- Shopify for orders, products and customers.
- Workflows and AI
- n8n for the workflows and Claude for the language work, set up in accounts you own. The list of what we build with is on our stack.
Privacy and data handling for Singapore buyers
The law Singapore buyers ask about is the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA), including its obligation on transferring personal data outside Singapore and its Do Not Call provisions for marketing messages to Singapore telephone numbers. Your organisation remains responsible for its own compliance, including for personal data handled on its behalf by a supplier overseas. We build inside your accounts, follow the data rules you give us, ask only for the access the build needs and test with sample data first. The specifics, including any data terms you require and where each tool hosts data, are agreed during scoping and written into the scope. This page describes how we work. It is not legal advice and it makes no claim of certification or compliance.
How quotes and contracts are handled
Per engagement
- A written scope and quote before any build starts
- Engagement terms written alongside the scope, for that project
- The currency agreed in the quote; say in the form if you need Singapore dollars
- Tool subscriptions and message fees billed to you by the vendors
Paperwork you may need
- Your NDA or data handling terms, reviewed during scoping
- A named list of who has access to which account
- Where each tool in the build hosts its data
- GST treatment of an overseas supplier is a question for your accountant
What moves the price
We publish no figures. The quote follows the scope: the number of channels and systems, the condition of your data, how deep the testing goes and the support you want afterwards. The detail is on what it costs to outsource AI automation to the Philippines. If you are weighing a team against a solo builder or a hire, see Philippine team, freelancer or in-house hire.
Book a scoping call
Tell us about the project
Enter Singapore (SGT) as your time zone, and name any other offices that need to follow the project. This goes to our team and helps us prepare for the call.
Questions we get asked
Do you have a Singapore office or a Singapore entity?
No. The work is delivered remotely from the Philippines, and no Singapore office, registration or staff is claimed.
Is there any time difference to plan around?
No. Singapore and the Philippines are both on UTC+8 all year. Public holidays differ, and the scope lists the dates that fall inside the project.
Can the assistant run on WhatsApp?
Yes, on the WhatsApp Business Platform through a number and a business account in your organisation's name. The platform sets its own rules on templates and opt-in, and message fees are billed by the platform.
Can the assistant handle Singlish or Mandarin messages?
Language coverage is part of the scope. We test the assistant on your own past messages before launch, your staff approve the wording, and anything it does not handle goes to your team.
Does our customer data leave Singapore?
That depends on the tools in the build. The scope names each tool, where it hosts data and who has access, so you can decide with your adviser before anything is connected.
Can you connect Xero, Odoo or NetSuite?
Each has an API or an n8n connection. What a workflow may read or create depends on your plan and the permissions you grant, and that is confirmed during scoping.
