Service
An AI chatbot for your business, set up on the channels your customers use
A customer service chatbot that reads your price lists, policies and FAQs, answers in plain language, and tells the customer when a person needs to step in.
- Built for
- Shops, schools, service firms with repeat questions
- Channels
- Website chat, WhatsApp, Viber
- Answers from
- Your documents and rules
- Price
- Request a quote
Not a menu of buttons, and not a guess
Template chatbots make customers pick from a fixed menu. General AI tools answer from whatever they were trained on, which may not match your prices or policies.
This chatbot answers from material you approve: your price list, delivery and return policy, product details, school or branch information. When the answer is not in that material, it says so and routes the customer to a person.
The parts of the chatbot
Knowledge
A knowledge base from your documents
We organise your price lists, policies and FAQs into a source the chatbot reads, and agree with you which topics are in or out.
Behaviour
Rules for tone and limits
How it greets, how formal it is, which topics always go to a person, and what it must never promise.
Channels
Connected where customers ask
A chat widget on your website and, where your account allows it, WhatsApp and Viber. For Facebook, see the Messenger chatbot.
Handoff
Escalation to named staff
The customer is told a person will follow up, and your team gets the conversation with the question highlighted.
Log
A record of what customers ask
Conversations and unanswered questions are saved, so you can see which answers to add.
Upkeep
A way to update answers
You get simple instructions for changing prices and policies in the knowledge base, so it stays accurate.

CustomerDo you ship to Cebu? How long does a return take to process?
AssistantYes, we ship to Cebu. Delivery rates depend on the item size and are shown at checkout. For returns, our policy says to message us with your order number and a photo. I do not have the processing details for returns in my information, so I have passed this to our team. They will reply here.
Staff alertUnanswered question flagged: return processing steps. Suggest adding to the knowledge base.
The chatbot answers what the policy covers and sends the rest to staff. The flagged question becomes a new answer once you write it.

AI customer service: what the assistant covers and what stays with people
The assistant covers routine answers: hours, prices, requirements, order and booking questions where a system allows a lookup. Sensitive cases, complaints and anything you mark for a person go to staff, with the full conversation attached.
Escalation rules are yours. We write them down with you, test them on real questions from your inbox, and review conversations with you after launch so answers stay accurate.
Customer data stays in your accounts
We design collection around the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173): the chatbot asks only for what it needs, says it is automated, and conversation records sit in accounts you control.
WhatsApp and Viber business messaging have their own rules about who you can message and when. We tell you what your account type allows before we build.
What it costs
Cost follows the size of your material and the channels connected.

Questions we get asked
Can the chatbot make mistakes?
Yes, any AI system can. That is why it answers only from approved material, says when it does not know, and logs every conversation so errors are caught and fixed.
Can it handle Filipino and English?
It can reply in the language the customer writes in. We test this with real messages from your business before launch.
Which AI model does it use?
We build with Claude for understanding and writing replies. The setup is not tied to one model, and the scope states what is used.
Can the chatbot take orders?
It can capture order details into a sheet or CRM for your staff to confirm. Taking payment in chat is scoped separately.
