Hire from the Philippines

Hire a Zapier or Make expert in the Philippines, and know when to stay and when to move

Most businesses that reach us already have zaps or scenarios running. Some need new ones, some need the existing ones repaired, and some have outgrown the tool. Our team scopes the work, builds in your account and hands it over. We also say plainly when Zapier or Make remains the right choice.

What you get when you hire us for Zapier or Make

A Zapier consultant or Make.com specialist can be hired two ways: as a person whose time you direct, or as a team that takes a defined job. We work the second way. The job is written down, built in your account, tested with you and documented.

If you want one person on call to tweak automations whenever a colleague asks, that is a staffing arrangement and a good one for some teams. The agency or staff comparison will help you choose.

Four situations we see

  • Inherited

    Automations nobody remembers building

A former colleague or contractor set them up. They mostly work, nobody knows what depends on what, and there are no notes.

  • Failing quietly

    Runs that stop without warning

A zap turns itself off or a scenario errors, and the first sign is a customer asking why nothing arrived.

  • Growing bill

    Usage climbing with volume

Both tools bill by usage. A multi-step automation that runs on every order or message can use a plan allowance quickly.

  • New need

A process that should be automated next

You are happy on the tool and want the next automation built properly, with error handling and a name that explains it.

How Zapier and Make differ in practice

Both connect cloud apps without code. They differ in how an automation is drawn and how usage is counted. Plan limits and unit names are set by each vendor and are confirmed during scoping.

Typical Zapier and Make work

  • Audit

An inventory of what is running

Every zap or scenario listed with its trigger, the apps it touches, its owner and whether it is still needed.

  • Repair

    Error handling added

Failure alerts to a named person, retries where the tool supports them, and filters that stop bad data early.

  • Build

    New automations

A paid order creates the invoice, updates the stock sheet and messages the customer. A signed form opens the onboarding checklist.

  • Tidy

    Consolidation

Several overlapping zaps merged into one that does the job, which is easier to follow and uses fewer runs.

  • AI steps

    A model inside the flow

A step that sends text to a model such as Claude to summarise, classify or draft, with a person approving anything customer-facing.

  • Migration

    A planned move to n8n

Where the case is made, automations are rebuilt in n8n one at a time and run in parallel before the old ones are switched off.

When to stay on Zapier or Make, and when to move to n8n

Reasons to stay

  • You run a small number of simple automations and they work
  • A non-technical colleague maintains them and is comfortable in the tool
  • An app you depend on has a connector there and no usable API elsewhere
  • The usage bill is small next to the effort a move would take

Reasons to move to n8n

  • Usage-based billing has grown with volume and keeps growing
  • You need the workflow data to stay on a server you choose
  • The logic needs loops, code steps or direct API calls the current tool makes awkward
  • You want AI steps with tighter control over prompts and data
  • There is someone, in your team or ours, to look after an n8n instance

How the engagement runs

From the audit to the handover

  1. Scope

For existing accounts the scope starts with the inventory. For new builds it starts with the process and its exceptions.

  2. Build or repair

Work is done in your account. Changes to a live automation are made on a copy first, so the original keeps running.

  3. Test

Each automation is run with sample records and then with real ones you nominate, and you check the result in the destination app.

  4. Handover

A sheet listing every automation, what it does, what it depends on and who is alerted when it fails, plus a recorded walkthrough.

  5. Support, if wanted

Watching for failed runs and making changes, quoted separately. Many teams take over from the notes.

Working across the time difference

The team is on UTC+8 with no daylight saving time. The overlap window for calls is agreed for your region in the scope, and the rest runs on written updates.

For regions where our working day falls in your evening and night, the gap has one practical benefit. Changes to live automations can be made while your business is closed, then checked against the first real runs when your day starts, with a written note waiting for you on what changed.

What we need, what is left out, and what moves the price

We need from you

  • A team-member seat or shared access on the Zapier or Make account
  • Logins or connections for the apps involved, made by you where the app requires the owner
  • Someone who can say what each existing automation is for
  • A decision maker for anything that changes a customer-facing message

Left out, limits and price

  • Left out: Zapier, Make and app subscriptions, billed to you by each vendor
  • Limit: an automation can only use the triggers and actions the connector or API offers on your plan
  • Limit: no partner or certification status with Zapier or Make is claimed
  • Price moves with the number of automations, how many are repairs and how many are new
  • Price moves with a migration, which adds an n8n setup and a parallel run

Request scoping

Tell us what is running today

Say which tool you use, roughly how many automations there are and what prompted the search. Include your country and time zone.

For example Sydney (AEST), Singapore (SGT), New York (Eastern).

We use your details only to answer this enquiry. Please do not include card numbers or government ID numbers.

Questions we get asked

Do we have to move to n8n to work with you?

No. If Zapier or Make fits the job, we build there. A move is suggested only when volume, data location or the logic itself gives a reason, and the reasons are written into the scope.

Who owns the zaps and scenarios?

You do. They live in your account under your plan. Our access is as a team member or collaborator and can be removed at handover.

Where does our data pass through?

Through the automation tool's cloud and the apps it connects. Zapier and Make each run on their own infrastructure. If keeping data on a server you choose matters, that is one of the reasons to look at self-hosted n8n.

How do you avoid breaking automations that are live?

By working on a copy, testing it with sample records and switching over at a time agreed with you. The original stays available until the new version has run cleanly.

What happens when an app changes its connector?

Connectors are updated by the vendors and sometimes a trigger or field is retired. The handover sheet shows which automations use which app, so the affected ones can be found and updated.

Can you cut our Zapier or Make bill?

We can show where usage goes and which automations could be merged, filtered earlier or moved. We do not promise a figure; the audit gives you the numbers from your own account.

How do quotes and agreements work?

An audit is quoted first where the account is unknown. Build work is quoted from the scope, with vendor costs listed apart. Terms and any NDA are handled per engagement.
