Bookkeeping and accounting automation that captures documents and prepares entries for review

Sales, payouts, bills and receipts are captured from your stores, gateways and email, and turned into draft entries. A bookkeeper reviews and approves each posting. The automation prepares the work and does not give tax or accounting advice.

For teams that retype the same documents into the books

The slow part of bookkeeping is often getting documents into the ledger. That step can be prepared by the system, so the accountant spends time on review.

  • Accounting and bookkeeping firms serving many clients
  • Ecommerce sellers
  • Clinics
  • Distributors and service firms using cloud accounting

How it works

  • Map

    Sources and accounts are mapped

Transaction sources and the chart of accounts are mapped with your accountant.

  • Capture

    Documents are captured

Sales, payouts, bills and receipts are captured from stores, gateways and email.

  • Draft

    Draft entries are created

Entries use the agreed accounts and tax codes, and wait for review.

  • Review

    A bookkeeper approves

Nothing is posted until a person has reviewed it.

  • Remind

    Overdue invoices trigger reminders

Reminder messages go to customers by email or chat.

  • Report

    Schedules for month-end

Schedules and reports are prepared for the month-end review.

What the automation does not do

The automation prepares entries and a qualified person reviews them. It does not give tax or accounting advice.

  • BIR requirements such as registered books, official receipts or invoices and CAS registration remain your accountant's responsibility
  • It does not file returns, compute payroll or perform audit work
  • Financial records are confidential, so access is limited to named users

Questions we get asked

Which bookkeeping steps can be automated and which need an accountant?

Capture, entry preparation, matching and reminders can be automated. Posting, tax treatment, filings and advice stay with a qualified person.

Does it work with the accounting software we already use?

QuickBooks Online, Xero, Zoho Books and Odoo have connection methods. Desktop-only software usually does not. We check this before scoping.

How are source documents stored?

In a folder in your own cloud storage, linked from each draft entry, with access limited to named users.

Does it replace our accountant?

No. It prepares the work so the accountant reviews instead of retyping.
