A Philippine AI automation team for UK businesses and agencies

Manila is eight time zones ahead of London in winter and seven in summer, so the UK morning meets the Manila late afternoon. You describe the enquiry handling, CRM work or assistant you need. We scope it in writing, build it in your accounts and hand it over with notes.

What UK businesses ask a Philippine team to build

These are common shapes of request by sector. They are examples of scope, not client work.

  • Accountancy practices

    Client onboarding and document chasing

Engagement forms, requests for missing records and reminders ahead of filing dates, with a status sheet for the partner. See accounting automation.

  • Estate and letting agents

    Enquiry and viewing requests

An assistant that collects the property, the preferred viewing slots and contact details, then passes the enquiry to the negotiator. Staff confirm every viewing.

  • Online retailers

    Order, delivery and returns questions

An assistant that answers from your Shopify order data and your published returns policy, on web chat or WhatsApp. See ecommerce automation.

  • Recruitment firms

    Candidate intake

Application forms that create a candidate record, ask for the missing details and book a screening slot. See HR and recruitment automation.

  • Trades and local services

    Missed enquiry follow-up

Calls, forms and messages logged in one CRM with a reply to the customer and a reminder to the office. See lead follow-up automation.

  • Marketing agencies

    CRM builds for your clients

HubSpot or GoHighLevel pipelines, sequences and reporting built to your specification and documented for your team. See CRM automation.

Manila time against UK time

The Philippines is on UTC+8 all year and does not change its clocks. The UK is on GMT in winter and moves to British Summer Time from late March to late October, so the pairing moves by one hour twice a year.

Winter (GMT, UTC+0)
9:00 am in London is 5:00 pm in Manila. 1:00 pm in London is 9:00 pm in Manila. 9:00 am in Manila is 1:00 am in London.
Summer (BST, UTC+1)
9:00 am in London is 4:00 pm in Manila. 1:00 pm in London is 8:00 pm in Manila. 9:00 am in Manila is 2:00 am in London.
In plain terms
The UK morning overlaps the Manila late afternoon and evening. Work built during the Manila day is written up before the UK day begins. These are clock facts. The overlap window we actually keep for your project is agreed in the scope, in UK time.

How a UK project runs

  • Overlap

A window in the UK morning

The scope names the window when both sides are online, written in UK time and Manila time, and notes the change when the clocks go forward and back.

  • Written

A note waiting when you start

Each stage ends with a written note: what was built, what was tested and what we need from you. It is in your inbox when your day begins.

  • Recorded

    Walkthroughs on video

We record a walkthrough of each finished piece so colleagues can watch it without a call.

Tools and channels UK buyers commonly bring

We work inside the tools you already pay for. A tool that is not listed is checked during scoping for an API or an n8n connection.

Accounting
Xero, connected through n8n, and QuickBooks. Practice and payroll tools are assessed during scoping.
CRM and marketing
HubSpot and GoHighLevel, with pipelines, sequences and booking.
WhatsApp
Customer messaging on the WhatsApp Business Platform, which has its own template and opt-in rules. See the WhatsApp chatbot page.
Stores
Shopify for orders, products and customers.
Workflows and AI
n8n for the workflows and Claude for the language work, set up in accounts you own. The list of what we build with is on our stack.

Privacy and data handling for UK buyers

The law UK buyers ask about is the UK GDPR, which sits alongside the Data Protection Act 2018. If you also serve customers in the European Union, the EU GDPR may apply to that data. Both set conditions on sending personal data to a supplier outside the UK or the EU, and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations cover electronic marketing. Your organisation remains responsible for its own compliance, including the role you give a supplier and the transfer terms you require. We build inside your accounts, follow the data rules you give us, ask only for the access the build needs and test with sample data first. The specifics, including any data processing agreement and where each tool hosts data, are agreed during scoping and written into the scope. This page describes how we work. It is not legal advice and it makes no claim of certification or compliance.

How quotes and contracts are handled

Per engagement

  • A written scope and quote before any build starts
  • Engagement terms written alongside the scope, for that project
  • The currency agreed in the quote; say in the form if you need pounds sterling
  • Tool subscriptions and message fees billed to you by the vendors

Paperwork you may need

  • Your NDA or data processing agreement, reviewed during scoping
  • A named list of who has access to which account
  • Where each tool in the build hosts its data
  • VAT treatment of an overseas supplier is a question for your accountant

What moves the price

We publish no figures. The quote follows the scope: the number of channels and systems, the condition of your data, how deep the testing goes and the support you want afterwards. The detail is on what it costs to outsource AI automation to the Philippines. If you are weighing a team against a solo builder or a hire, see Philippine team, freelancer or in-house hire.

Book a scoping call

Tell us about the project

Include your country and time zone, for example Manchester (UK time). This goes to our team and helps us prepare for the call.

For example Sydney (AEST), Singapore (SGT), New York (Eastern).

We use your details only to answer this enquiry. Please do not include card numbers or government ID numbers.

Questions we get asked

Do you have a UK office or a UK company?

No. The work is delivered remotely from the Philippines, and no UK office, registration or staff is claimed.

When would calls happen, in UK time?

On the clock, the UK morning is the shared part of the day: 9:00 am in London is 5:00 pm in Manila in winter and 4:00 pm in summer. The window we keep is agreed in the scope.

What happens when the clocks change?

Philippine time stays at UTC+8, so the pairing moves by one hour in late March and again in late October. The scope says which side keeps its local time.

Will you sign a data processing agreement?

Send yours with the form or raise it on the scoping call. Data terms are reviewed and agreed per engagement, before any access is granted.

Can the build keep customer data inside tools we already use?

Often, yes. Workflows are built in your accounts and the scope names each tool, where it hosts data and who has access. Where a new tool is needed, you approve it first.

Can you connect Xero or QuickBooks?

Both have an API and an n8n connection, so invoices, contacts and payment status can be read or created by a workflow. What your plan and permissions allow is confirmed during scoping.

We are an agency. Can you deliver under our brand?

Raise it on the scoping call. It depends on the project and your client agreements. The arrangement is described on white-label AI automation.
