Service
Review requests sent automatically after each completed job or visit
When a visit, sale or job is marked complete, the customer receives a request with a direct Google review link. New reviews alert your staff, and an assistant drafts a reply that a person approves before it is posted.
- Built for
- Clinics, dental practices, salons, restaurants, hotels and auto shops
- Platform
- Google Business Profile, within its review policies
- Staff role
- Approve and post every reply
- Price
- Request a quote
For businesses that serve people in person
The same request goes to every customer, in the same way. The automation handles the sending, the reminder and the alerts. A person handles the replies.
- Clinics and dental practices
- Salons and restaurants
- Hotels and resorts
- Auto shops
How it works
Trigger
A completed job is marked
A completed sale, visit or job is marked in the CRM, a point-of-sale export or a sheet.
Request
A direct review link is sent
The customer receives a request with a link straight to your Google review form.
Reminder
One reminder if there is no response
A single reminder goes out, then the sequence stops.

Summary
A monthly summary

Rules for reviews, and what this does not do
Google's policies prohibit offering incentives for reviews and asking only happy customers to review (review gating). Every customer receives the same request. The service does not remove or hide negative reviews.
- For clinics, replies never confirm that someone is a patient or mention treatment details
- Replies are approved by a person, because a public reply to a complaint needs judgement
- Unhappy feedback that arrives privately is routed to a named person for follow-up

What a first project includes and what it leaves out
Included
- One location
- Request and reminder messages on up to two channels
- New review alerts
- Reply drafts for approval
- A monthly summary
Left out
- Removing negative reviews
- Review sites that offer no connection method
- Public relations or crisis work
Limits we state plainly
- Contact details are used for the request only where there is a lawful basis under the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
- SMS is billed per message by the provider, and sender names need provider approval.
- Google controls how reviews are shown, filtered and removed. The automation cannot change that.

Questions we get asked
When is a review request sent?
After a job, visit or sale is marked complete in the system you use. The timing is set with you, and one reminder follows if there is no response.
What do Google review policies allow a business to ask?
A business may ask customers for reviews. It may not offer rewards for them or ask only the customers it expects to be positive. Every customer therefore receives the same request.
How is unhappy feedback routed to staff?
A new public review alerts the person who handles replies, and any private feedback goes to a named person. Nothing is hidden or filtered out.
Who posts the replies?
Your staff. The assistant drafts a reply, and a person approves and posts it.
