Privacy notice
Last updated 12 October 2026. This notice explains how AI Automation Services handles personal information under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173).
Who is responsible
This website is operated by Brainnex Digital Marketing under the name AI Automation Services. For questions about personal data, write to hello@aiautomationservices.ph.
What we collect
When you use a form on this site, we collect the details you type in:
- Your name, email address and mobile or Viber number
- Your business name and type, and what you want automated
- How you prefer to be contacted and how you found us
- The page you were on, and campaign details in the link that brought you here, such as UTM tags
Why we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, arrange calls and, if you become a client, deliver the project. Your consent, given by ticking the box on our forms, is the basis for using form details. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us.
Customer conversations we handle for clients
When we build and run an assistant for a business, that business decides why and how its customers' data is used. We process the data on the business's instructions, only to deliver the project, and agree the details in writing with each client. If you are a customer of one of our clients, contact that business first about your data.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting engagement, and for the period the law requires. After that we delete or anonymise them.
Security
We limit access to the people who need it, use tools that support encryption in transit, and keep client project data in the client's own accounts where the tool allows. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell affected people and the National Privacy Commission where the law requires it.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 you have the right to:
- Be informed about how your data is processed
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Object to processing, or withdraw your consent
- Ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Ask us to suspend, block or delete your data in the cases the law provides
- Receive your data in a usable format, where the law applies
- Claim damages where the law provides
- Complain to the National Privacy Commission at privacy.gov.ph
