Hire from the Philippines

Hire AI automation specialists in the Philippines, as a team that delivers the project

If you searched for a Filipino AI automation expert, engineer or developer, here is the plain answer: AI Automation Services is a team that takes scoped work and hands it over finished. You do not get a named person on your roster. You get the build, tested and documented, in your accounts.

What you get
A scoped build, tested and documented
Skills on the team
Workflow design, AI prompting, APIs, CRM setup
Tools
n8n, Claude, GoHighLevel, Zapier, Make

Per project, after scoping

A specialist you direct, or a team that delivers

Both are reasonable ways to get automation built from the Philippines. They are bought, managed and documented differently. If the left column describes what you want, look at staffing instead; the agency or staff comparison goes through it.

Specialist, engineer, developer, expert: what each word usually means

Job titles in this field are loose. These are the four kinds of work behind them, all of which a project may draw on.

Workflow design
Mapping a process as it runs today, deciding which steps a machine should take and which stay with a person, and writing that down as a scope.
Automation engineering
Building the workflow in a tool such as n8n, Zapier or Make: triggers, branches, error handling, retries and alerts when something fails.
AI development
Writing the instructions and the knowledge base for a model such as Claude, deciding what it may and may not answer, and testing replies against real questions.
Integration work
Reading an API, handling authentication and webhooks, and writing small pieces of code where two tools do not connect by themselves.

Examples of builds an overseas client asks for

  • Intake

    Enquiry triage

Form and inbox enquiries are read by an AI step, tagged by type and urgency, logged in the CRM and routed to the right person with a summary.

  • Documents

    Document handling

Invoices or applications arriving by email are read, the fields extracted into a sheet or an accounting tool, and anything unclear flagged for a person to check.

  • Sales

    Lead follow-up

A new lead gets a first reply, a task for the owner and a reminder sequence that stops when the lead answers. See lead follow-up automation.

  • Support

    A knowledge assistant

An assistant that answers staff or customer questions from your own documents and says so when the answer is not there. See knowledge assistants.

  • Reporting

    A report that builds itself

Figures pulled from several tools on a schedule, assembled into one sheet or dashboard and sent to the people who read it.

  • Glue

    A custom integration

Two systems that have APIs and no ready-made connector, joined through a workflow. See custom AI and integrations.

How the engagement runs

From a brief to a build your team operates

  1. Scope

You describe the process. We ask what triggers it, what the exceptions are and who owns the result, then write the scope and the quote.

  2. Build

The workflow or assistant is built in your accounts against sample data, with a written update when each part is ready to look at.

  3. Test

Your reviewer runs real cases through it. For AI steps, that means reading actual replies and marking the ones to change.

  4. Handover

Written notes, an access list and a recorded walkthrough, so a person who did not build it can run it and change the common settings.

  5. Support

Optional and quoted separately: monitoring, fixes when a vendor changes something, and small changes as the process moves on.

Working with a team on UTC+8

  • One clock

No daylight saving on our side

The Philippines stays on UTC+8 all year. If your region changes its clocks, the overlap shifts by an hour and the scope says which hours apply.

  • Async by default

Updates you read when you start work

Each stage ends with a written note. Questions that block the build are listed at the top so they are easy to answer.

  • Live when it counts

Calls for scoping, tests and handover

Those three moments are worth a live call inside the agreed overlap window. They are recorded for colleagues who cannot join.

What we need from you, and what is in a first project

We need from you

  • The process as it runs today, including the awkward exceptions
  • A named reviewer with authority to approve wording and rules
  • Admin or builder access to the tools involved, or a test account
  • A handful of real examples: enquiries, documents or records
  • API keys for any AI model, created in your own account

A first project includes

  • One process, from its trigger to its result
  • Error handling and an alert when a run fails
  • A test round with your reviewer
  • Handover notes and a recorded walkthrough

What is left out, the limits, and what moves the price

Left out and limits

  • A person assigned to your team full time. That is staffing.
  • Subscriptions, message fees and model usage, billed to you by each vendor
  • AI output is checked in testing, and it still needs a person for decisions with legal, medical or financial weight
  • What a tool allows depends on your plan; that is confirmed during scoping
  • No team size, credentials or client list is published on this site

What moves the price

  • The number of processes in scope
  • How many systems each one touches
  • Whether an AI step needs a knowledge base prepared
  • How many exceptions the process has
  • Whether support after launch is wanted

Request scoping

Describe the process you want automated

Include your country and time zone. If you are comparing this with hiring a person, say so and we will answer plainly.

For example Sydney (AEST), Singapore (SGT), New York (Eastern).

We use your details only to answer this enquiry. Please do not include card numbers or government ID numbers.

Questions we get asked

Can we interview the specialist who will work on our project?

The scoping call is with the people who will scope and oversee the build, and you can ask anything technical there. We do not present individual profiles for selection, because the engagement is for a result and not for a person's time.

Who owns the workflows, prompts and code?

You do. Workflows, assistant instructions and any scripts are built in your accounts wherever the tool allows and are listed in the handover notes. Ownership is stated in the engagement terms.

Where is our data processed?

In the tools named in the scope: your CRM, your automation tool and the AI model provider whose key you supply. The scope lists each one. We build with sample data first and work inside your accounts.

Which AI models do you build with?

Claude is the model we use most, through an API key in your own account. If your company has standardised on another provider, raise it during scoping and we will say whether the build suits it.

What if the tool we use changes after the build?

The handover notes record what each workflow depends on. If a vendor changes a plan limit or retires an API version, the affected step can be found and updated, under support or as a quoted change.

How are quotes, contracts and NDAs handled?

The quote follows the written scope and separates our fee from vendor costs. Engagement terms and any confidentiality agreement are handled per engagement, before access is granted.

Next step

Bring one process and we will scope it.

Say what triggers it, where it ends and which tools it touches. We will reply with what a build involves.
