Service
Automated reports and dashboards assembled from the systems you already use
Data is pulled on a schedule from your CRM, ad accounts, store, accounting software and spreadsheets into one dataset. A dashboard shows the measures you agreed on, and a short AI-written summary of what changed goes to managers by email or chat.
- Built for
- Teams that export and assemble reports by hand
- Dashboards
- Looker Studio or Power BI
- Staff role
- Read the numbers, decide what to do
- Price
- Request a quote
For managers who wait for someone to build the report
A business intelligence dashboard is useful when everyone reads the same numbers from the same definitions. The work here is to agree on those definitions once, connect the sources and remove the manual export and paste.
- Owners and managers of multi-branch businesses
- Marketing teams reporting on campaigns
- Sales managers
- Operations heads
- Agencies reporting to clients
How it works
Agree
Decisions and measures first
We agree on the decisions the report should support and the measures needed, with one written definition for each.
Connect
Sources connected and refreshed
Each data source is connected and refreshed on a schedule, so nobody exports files by hand.
Combine
Data cleaned and combined
Data is cleaned and joined in a sheet or database, with the rules written down.
Build
Dashboard built
The dashboard is built in Looker Studio or Power BI, in an account you own.
Summarise
A short written summary
An AI step writes a summary of changes and exceptions. It is labelled as generated.
Deliver
Delivered on a set schedule
Managers receive the report by email or chat, with a link to the live dashboard.

Reports commonly automated
An automated dashboard is only as wide as the sources behind it. These are the usual starting points.
Sales
Sales and pipeline
Leads, stages, won and lost deals by salesperson, branch or source, from the CRM.
Marketing
Marketing and ads
Spend, leads and cost per lead by campaign, joined to what happened to those leads afterwards.
Operations
Operations and branches
Orders, bookings, tickets or deliveries by branch, from store and operations data.
Finance
Finance summaries
Receivables, collections and expense summaries from accounting exports, for named users only.
Power BI automation and tool choice
Looker Studio suits teams on Google Workspace and has no licence fee for standard use. Power BI suits teams on Microsoft 365 and needs licences for the people who publish and view reports. If you already have Power BI reports, the work can be limited to automating the refresh and the delivery, without rebuilding the report. An automated reporting tool on its own does not settle the definitions, so that step is done whichever tool is used.
What we need from you and what we handle
We need from you
- Access to each data source
- Definitions of the measures, or the people who can agree on them
- The last manual report as a reference
- A report owner who checks the numbers
We handle
- Connecting and scheduling the data sources
- Cleaning and combining the data
- Building the dashboard in your account
- The scheduled summary and its delivery
- A data dictionary and a walkthrough for the report owner
What a first project includes and what it leaves out
Included
- Up to four data sources
- One dashboard
- A scheduled summary
- A data dictionary
Left out
- Data warehouse engineering at scale
- Forecasting models
- Fixing data quality at the source systems
Limits we state plainly
- A dashboard repeats whatever is in the source data. Wrong entries upstream show up as wrong numbers.
- AI summaries describe the data and can misread cause. They are labelled as generated.
- Some platforms limit data export by plan. Each source is checked before scoping.
- Reports containing personal or financial data are shared only with named users.
Tools and channels involved
Looker Studio or Power BI for the dashboard, Google Sheets or BigQuery for the dataset, n8n for the scheduled pulls and an AI model for the summary. Common sources are covered on the GoHighLevel, HubSpot, QuickBooks, Shopify and Google Sheets integration pages.
What it costs
Cost depends on how many sources feed the report and how much cleaning the data needs.

Questions we get asked
Which data sources can feed a dashboard?
CRMs, ad platforms, online stores, accounting software and spreadsheets that offer an export, connector or API on your plan. Each source is checked before scoping.
Who checks the numbers?
A report owner on your team. During the build, the dashboard is compared with your last manual report, and differences are traced to a definition or a data issue.
Which dashboard tools are used?
Looker Studio or Power BI. The choice follows what your team already uses and who needs access.
Can marketing and sales data appear in one report?
Yes, where leads carry their source into the CRM. Marketing reporting then shows what happened to leads after the click, not only the spend.
Can a sales report be sent automatically?
Yes. An automated sales report can be delivered to named managers by email or chat on the schedule you set, with a link to the live dashboard.
What is a data dictionary?
A short document listing each measure, its definition, its source and how it is calculated. It is part of the handover, so another person can maintain the report.
Next step
Send us the report your team builds by hand.
Tell us where each number comes from and who reads it. We will say which sources can be connected and what the dashboard would show.
