Lead follow-up that replies, qualifies and reminds without a manual chase

Enquiries from forms, ads and chats go into one pipeline. Each lead gets a first reply, an owner and a planned sequence of follow-ups, and your salesperson sees who to contact next and what was last said.

Businesses that pay for ads and answer leads by hand

For leads that go cold while someone is busy

Response speed is something automation can raise. Lead quality still depends on your ads and your offer, and the follow-up does not change that.

  • Businesses running ads into Messenger or forms
  • Sales teams with a list of older leads
  • Owners following up from their own phone

What we set up

  • Reply

    A prompt first reply

Each new lead gets an acknowledgement on the channel it came from.

  • Qualify

    Qualification questions

A few questions about need, location and timing, so the salesperson starts with context.

  • Nurture

    Follow-up sequence

Messages across chat, SMS and email that run until the lead replies, books or opts out.

  • Reactivate

    Older leads, re-contacted

Dormant leads receive a staged sequence that stops on reply, where consent allows.

  • Hand over

    Hand-off to sales with context

The owner is alerted with the lead source, answers given and the conversation so far.

  • Report

    A source report

Leads, response times and outcomes by source, so you see which campaigns bring answers.

Where AI lead generation fits and where follow-up does the work

Searches for AI lead generation often mean finding new leads. This service starts after a lead exists: the four stages below are where the automation works.

  • Capture

    Capturing

Leads from forms, lead ads and chats land in one pipeline with their source.

  • Qualify

    Qualifying

Short questions sort leads by need and fit.

  • Nurture

    Nurturing

Scheduled follow-ups keep the conversation going without manual chasing.

  • Book

    Booking

A booking link moves the lead to a call or visit.

Consent and platform rules

Follow-up by SMS and email needs the lead's consent and a working opt-out, under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and telco sender rules. Messenger follow-ups after the messaging window are limited by Meta policy, so we plan what can be sent and when before building.

  • Opt-in is recorded with each contact, and opt-outs stop every sequence
  • Meta limits follow-up messages sent outside its messaging window
  • SMS sender names and message content follow telco and provider rules
  • Older leads are contacted only where there is a lawful basis

What we need from you and what we handle

We need from you

  • Your lead sources: forms, ads, chat, lists
  • Offer details and the qualifying questions you want asked
  • Approved wording for each message
  • Access to ad accounts, forms and the CRM, or agreement to set one up
  • A sales contact who receives each handoff

We handle

  • Connecting the lead sources to one pipeline
  • Writing and testing the sequence with your wording
  • Owner assignment and alerts
  • Consent and opt-out handling
  • A source report and a staff walkthrough

What a first project includes and what it leaves out

Included

  • Up to three lead sources
  • One pipeline
  • A prompt first reply
  • One follow-up sequence
  • Owner assignment and a source report

Left out

  • Running the ad campaigns
  • Writing long nurture content
  • Call center staffing

Limits we state plainly

  • Automation raises response speed. Lead quality still depends on the ads and the offer.
  • The CRM must stay the single record. Side spreadsheets break the reporting.
  • SMS is billed per message by the provider, and email delivery depends on domain setup and list quality.

What it costs

Cost depends on how many lead sources and channels feed the sequence.

Questions we get asked

Can older leads be contacted again, and under what consent?

Only where there is a lawful basis to do so. We check how each list was collected before it is used, and every message carries an opt-out.

Which channels can the follow-up use?

Chat on the channel the lead used, SMS and email. Each has its own rules, and the scope states what can be sent on each.

Does it work with the CRM we already have?

Usually, if the CRM has an API or built-in automation on your plan. We check this before scoping.

How do leads reach a salesperson?

The owner receives an alert on the channel you choose, with the lead's source, answers and conversation attached.

What does the team see for each lead?

The stage, the source, what was sent, what the lead replied and the next scheduled step.

Next step

Tell us where your leads come from and who answers them.

List your sources and how fast they are answered today. We will say what a follow-up sequence would cover.
